Stayed Jul 27, 2025Code didn’t work to the door, but Vacasa staff member was super helpful in unlocking quickly. Place was clean and equipped with games, toys, and items for the beach!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Location was convenient to everything and there was so much to do around the condo and we loved being able to come back from the beach and go to the pool

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This rental was great! We hope it is available the next time we plan to visit OC MD. The neighborhood is quiet and yet nicely located to many places. It was clean and quickly felt like home. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023The house and location overall was fine. We were not happy with the cleanliness of the home. The floor was filthy, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the washer didn’t work for two days. We called to let them know and apparently they had it noted from the previous users but didn’t tell us. So it appeared that they were hoping we wouldn’t notice?? I talked to Vacasa and spoke to a couple of people saying they would do something but haven’t. So I am leaving a poor review.

Stayed Jun 11, 2022Stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived, the floors were dirty and there was hair in the showers. Otherwise it was aight.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is in a good location for North OCMD. About a block from the bay, and 2 blocks to the beach. Walking distance to a number of restaurants, stores (food lion around the corner), and some entertainment (we enjoyed alley oop). The community pool was right across the street which was convenient. There was a second indoor pool, but we didn’t have the time to check that out. The cons: 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for 8 people for an entire weekend. Some of the games provided were missing a lot of pieces. The garage was a bit tight as there was a mattress and some old chairs/umbrellas packed in. Overall, I’d definitely stay again. Tips: Bring extra toilet paper/paper towels. I also brought detergent and softener which was a lifesaver for towels/washcloths as they don’t restock during the trip. Stop at Food Lion when you arrive, it will save a bunch of money!

Stayed Jul 1, 2022The property was true to the online photos. Amply stocked kitchen, conventional board games and video game systems. There were a few beach chairs in the garage that we were able to take to the beach. Conveniently located. Only issue was the check-in agent gave us the wrong pool key but would definitely book again.
