Newly Updated, 7 Bedrooms, Game Room, Steps to Beach, Private Pool, Elevator

Our host, Brandy, was wonderful! So quick to respond and answer any questions we had very quickly. The home had everything we needed and felt cozy and comfortable. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and loved every minute. You cannot beat this location! We had our 88 year old dad with us and the elevator was perfect!

Owner was very responsive to requests. House was very clean and in excellent condition. Beautiful home and great location. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Brandy for being an excellent hostess.

The house was a great fit for our family with generously sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The living areas offered many places to gather or relax on your own. The pool is a great feature. The location was fabulous - a short walk to the beach, and restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The owner was timely with information and responded quickly.

This house had plenty of room for our family of 14. It was lovely inside with enough bedrooms,bathrooms, family spaces. The kids loved the game room! And the patios/decks outside were a plus. Our family enjoyed the pool. The walk to the beautiful beach was easy. The location was close to groceries, stores, restaurants, and activities. Our host, Brandy, was accommodating and easy to contact. We liked the beach wagon to take our things to the beach, but wished there were some beach chairs at the house. Plenty of beach towels, though! We take a beach trip as a family every year, and our crew gave this house a thumbs up.

The property was just as advertised. It was perfect for our large family, and well located near the beach. Brandy was quickly responsive to our needs via text.

This home accommodated our 3 families of teenagers very nicely. Plus grandmom who needed an elevator to manage the 3 floors. Large enough to give everyone privacy, and great gathering spaces when we were together. The pool and game room were a hit. Brandon, answered all questions in a timely manor.

Great house and great location!

The property was exactly as advertised and beautiful. We had 5 families for a long weekend and we never felt crowded or on top of one another. I loved that each room had its own bath and the game room downstairs was perfect for the teens. It was a few minute walk to the beach, which made it easy for people to come back to the house for lunch. I would 100% stay here again and I recommend it for any large groups.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for 4 generations of our family, ranging in ages from 8 months to 77 years old. Pool was perfect and provided a refreshing way to end the day. Elevator worked great for our elderly parents.

Main living area very nice and comfortable Furnishings all very nice.. Porches great..Kitchen sink has very low water pressure, which also affects dish washer.. Single bedroom really needs a new shower head.We enjoyed our stay and appreciated quick replies to any questions. Thanks very much

It was a great house. Furnishings very comfortable. Plenty of seating and areas to sit in. Had heating issue in game room and Brandy jumped right on it and took care of it. We all felt it was one of our best rentals.

Our family gathered here for a week (from several midwestern cities) to relax and enjoy each other. This house is exactly as advertised with plenty of rooms, bathrooms and amenities to suit all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed the great pool and quick access the beach. All together and in smaller groups, we took multiple day trips around Hilton Head and to Savannah. Access to water sports was excellent, so we enjoyed parasailing, jet skis and several different boat trips. Access to restaurants and grocery stores was quick and easy. All considered, this trip met or exceeded our expectations.

We just returned from an unforgettable vacation at this stunning 7-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom house on Hilton Head Island, and we can't wait to go back! This property truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the sheer size and grandeur of the house. Every room was generously proportioned, with ample space to spread out and relax. The master suite was nothing short of incredible, with a spacious bedroom, sitting area, and an enormous bathroom with a separate shower and tub. But it wasn't just the interior that impressed us - the outdoor spaces were equally impressive. The game room was a hit with our family, and the pool was the perfect spot to soak up the sun. And let's not forget the location! A short walk took us to the beautiful beach, where we spent hours lounging in the sun and enjoying the calm waters. Plus, we loved that we could enter the beach through the Marriot boardwalk, which offered a convenient outdoor bar serving food and drinks. The house is also conveniently located near a lovely park, perfect for walks, bike rides, or jogs. And with plenty of restaurants nearby, including fresh seafood across the street, we never had to venture far for a delicious meal. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook several nights during our stay. We cooked up a storm and enjoyed some amazing meals together as a family. Overall, we highly recommend this house! We will be back!

Property is even better in person! Great location 2 min walk to the beach, Loved the large pool and balconies. Communication with the owner was smooth and quick. They were helpful with any needs. Would definitely stay again.
