Newly Updated 5BR/2BA 2500Sqft Very Private Family Home, WiFi & Air Conditioned!

The house was spacious, well-maintained, and attractively decorated. It is difficult to find a property like this that can accommodate extended family (and their cars and a boat!). We had a great week connecting with family and getting reacquainted with beautiful Cape Cod!

Family wedding. Suited our needs perfectly. We were able to get to the beach and have our lunches out.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a great time at Ian's place in Brewster. The home is very spacious with a large, updated kitchen and dining area that accommodated our large group. The kitchen is well stocked and has a large work area to prepare meals. Most of the week was hot outside but the ductless heat pumps kept everyone cool and comfortable. The home is convenient to many bayside beaches. We would definitely return in the future.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My family had a great time. Beautiful and cozy house with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed lobsters one night!! The house was close to beaches and Smugglers ice cream! All the kids had an absolute blast being with each other. We definitely would recommend this house!

Such a lovely home! Lots of windows, love the brightness! The house is so spacious, and clean. There was everything we needed there! And the backyard was so private, we were surrounded by beautiful landscaping… the greenery, the hydrangeas… perfect!!! So close to the beach…we will be returning for sure!

We were an extended family of adults. The house was big and open and flowed nicely plenty of room. The yard is private and the location is perfect. Clean and newly renovated.

Great size home for gathering with family and friends! Well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook at home and then the large tables were perfect for game nights! Loved the outdoor shower!

We had the best time during our stay in Brewster. The home was conveniently located near one of our favorite beaches, Mayflower Beach, and a short distance from Harwich's Ember Pizza and Chatham. The home was clean, lots of communal space and good-sized bedrooms with central air. We will be staying there again for sure!

Great house for a summer vacation in Cape Cod! Everything was as advertised. Ian responded right away with a few questions that we had. Nice location to access shopping, restaurants, beaches and more. We'd like to return next summer!

We had a nice stay in Brewster. There was plenty of room for our large group! The beach was only 1.5 miles away and it was beautiful!

Very comfortable for 10 people. Has all the amenities for preparing a lobster dinner. Also everything you need for a day at the beach. Loved the main living area that was large enough to accommodate all of us for games and relaxation. Centrally located for day trips which we took. Would highly recommend this property to rent.

This house had it all. Plenty of space. Kitchen had every necessity imaginable. Bedrooms were well laid out. Had a downstairs bedroom and bath for convenience. Mattresses were so comfortable. House had great AC. Wonderful location, close to things we liked to do, but secluded enough for privacy. Owner was receptive to a question I had. Also, the owner asked my permission before a roofer came to check something out, thoughtful of him. I can highly recommend this property.

My husband and I have been renting on the Cape for 15 years and this has been our favorite rental by far. There were 10 of us in total and not once did we ever feel cramped / crowded. There was plenty of space and a lot of little “extras”. Having rented for 15 years there are always items I make sure to bring but I found with this rental they had quite of few of the items most rentals do not. Property was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Some of our favorite amenities were the fire pit, outdoor shower, and ping pong table. A great stay !!! Highly recommend this property

House was awesome and central to the things we did. I didn’t read the part that linens and towels were not included. However, David with cape cod linens came to the rescue. It was a great stay.

The home was fabulous! Everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies to use in the kitchen. There was a lot of great gathering spaces in the home to accommodate our group! Would definitely come back!
