Stayed Aug 9, 2025We had a fun family trip in North Myrtle Beach despite some rainy weather. The house was nice. We really liked the location, easy to the beach and shops. There were a few minor things that needed attention upon arrival and iTrip was prompt with fixing the issues (a light out in master closet and a stool needed repaired). The kitchen utensils could be stocked a bit better. The furnishings were adequate, the dining room table did not have enough chairs for all of us which was a little disappointing because we like to eat together. There were stools at the counters so we made do. A little TLC with cleaning would make for a more comfortable stay. The shuttle provided in North Beach Resort was a plus. All of the shuttle drivers we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The kids really enjoyed the pool area, great to have on rainy days. Would definitely refer renting through iTrip they made the process easy.

Stayed Sep 30, 2024The house at 468 Banyan Place is large and spacious. We had 5 guys staying here and the house was as advertised. The Itrip(management check-in) was difficult. The communication was always geared around the strictness of what you can not do and costs of lost items like parking passes, wrist bands, and keys. The office hours for check-in are very limited. The flexibility of checking in was almost non-existent. We were five grown adults and the rules were threatening. Just a thought but open your welcome kit by making your guests feel welcome and work around your guests schedules as flights are delayed. Give access for check-in to other guests in your group. Issues(problems) with the house were addressed quickly and efficiently so five stars for that.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024The property was nice and the resort area was perfect for our extended family vacation. The kitchen could have had better dishes for cooking and there weren’t any dish clothes which we found odd. Other than that it was a nice place!

Stayed Jul 8, 2024I had not seen my daughter and grandchildren in a few years. I set out to find a very special place for us to reconnect and make new memories. This lovely home and setting exceeded my hopes for that. The home is so beautiful! Perfectly decorated and very well appointed. Everyone had their space - my teenagers appreciated that. We had such a wonderful visit. We will certainly strive to return. Thank you so much!!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Check in was easy, the house looked better than the pictures. Very clean inside, and outside. The resort staff was helpful and friendly. The walk to the pool was about 8-10 minutes but manageable. The shuttle was nice and accommodated our double decker wagon. The weight room (14th floor) was small but enough to get a workout in. Ellipticals faced the ocean. The resort felt secluded and it was quiet and safe for my teenagers who run cross country. We loved the whole experience.
