Newly Renovated Seaside Retreat with 5 Porches, Private Deck & 2 Adult Bikes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 3 had a wonderful time staying at Lucky Charm. The house was clean, well maintained, equipped with everything we needed and nicely decorated! There was more than enough space for our family and the house can easily sleep 6- 7 people. My 5 year old son absolutely loved the 3rd floor loft that was equipped with 2 twin beds plus an addition twin trundle. The kitchen was a little small and lacked a pantry to store food but we made it work and it wasn’t a big deal to us. The main living room might be a bit tight for a bigger party but the screened porch right off the main living area gives you more room to hang out. I think the main living space would feel more spacious with a smaller coffee table and sleeker kitchen table and chairs. I loved the esthetic of those pieces of furniture so I understand the appeal. In addition to the main living area on the first floor there is another sitting area on the second floor for larger parties to spread out so don’t let my review of the main living space deter larger parties. The location of the house is amazing and might have been my favorite part. It is located on a quiet street that doesn’t get much car traffic so our young son was able to ride his bike and scooter up and down the road with supervision but without me having to hover over him. The town center is a 1-2 minute walk, the beach access is a 7 minute walk and the pools are about a 5 minute walk. You really can’t beat the location. Overall, this house was amazing and Homeower’s Collection was great! I highly recommend Lucky Charm and would definitely stay there again! Thanks for an amazing week!!

Spacious, clean, cozy, plenty of outdoor space, and the location was convenient with views of the Chapel from the top deck! We have been coming to Seaside for a handful years, staying in a different home each time and Lucky Charm was by far our favorite property and one we would love to come back to again!

The Homeowners Collection vacation rentals group was amazing! From their communication to the cleanliness of the home… everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again- or at any one of their properties!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the home was decent and worked for my daughter and I but had there been anyone else it would have been really small. The location was what we were looking for but the layout was weird downstairs with the bathroom basically in the kitchen and no privacy and the pillows on the bed were probably the worst I have ever experienced. Not sure I would stay in this home again but we didn't have a choice because of an issue with the original home we booked 2 days before our arrival. Also the tv's were extremely small and not smart tv's so you could not stream any shows which I found to be very odd and outdated. And the town shuts down before 10pm so nothing to do if you can't watch tv in your place and your are a night owl.

We have two small children so the layout wasn’t ideal with the bedrooms being on different floors. Overall the house was very clean on the inside. But the first floor screened porch was pretty gross. It seems like it had been overlooking for a long time. We had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. There was a dead frog, dead lizard and several other dead bugs/roaches. The table and chairs were covered in dirt/dust and it needs to be power washed.

My family of 5 + our nanny stayed here, and we felt it was the perfect location + set up. 3 kids ages 4, 6 and 7. The 3rd floor air does work- you have to turn it on via remote. We never had an issue. There is no outdoor shower- it has been replaced with a storage shed. May want to replace the blender soon and get the trees trimmed- lots of roof scratching during a storm. Otherwise would absolutely book again!!! We loved it!!!!

My two boys, 13 and 9 had to sleep on the 2nd floor. One slep on the couch and the other on couch ions on the floor. I think this house should be listed as sleeps 4. Very tight for 6, even when 4 of them were under the age of 15.
