Newly Renovated Sea Pines Home - Private Pool - 5 Minute Walk to Beach

The beach path is a quick walk across the street, and we especially enjoyed the refreshing backyard pool. Bedrooms and baths were updated and very comfortable, and the whole home was spotless when we arrived. As always, Coastal Home & Villa was professional and responsive.

Sliding door locks were in total need of repair. Great!!! Location for near south beach of HHI. Must cross busy street to gain access to bike trail and beach. Home very clean except very musty odor. Could not use garage or listed downstairs area due to no walls under home. Handicapped folks cannot enter home with the house on stilts and large front and back stairs to enter. Nice and well maintained pool. Lacking nice patio and pool area furniture. Needs updating outside furniture.

This property is in great shape and in a great location on the island. Would definitely come back if given the opportunity - all the amenities were there and the kitchen was well updated. One thing to note, many states require a fence around a backyard that has a poo,l but that's not the case here. If you're planning to bring a pet, this is important to note, we just assumed one would be there. Didn't see that called out in the listing

The cathedral ceiling great room is spacious and perfect for hanging out. The kitchen is beautiful and we cooked several meals in. The beach access path is nearby and the walk to the beach was not too bad. We spent a lot of time in the home's private pool. It's a quick bike ride to the Salty Dog Cafe and South Beach Marina. Additionally, we experienced great communication and support from Coastal Home & Villa.

Great house for our family beach vacation. Easy access to the beach and the Salty Dog. The house was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. The pool was also clean. Management was very helpful when we had a question about the Wi-Fi. We would definitely choose this house again.
