SECURITY:
For your protection, there is 1 security camera located at the front door. The front door bell camera detects motion and recordsaudio and video of the front property.

STARTER KIT OF ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom | hand soap | 1 paper towel roll in kitchen | dishwashing soap + sponge | 2 trash liners per kitchen | 2 trash liners per bathroom
- High-speed WiFi for working remotely and homeschooling.
- Laundry: Side by side, full-sized washer + dryer
- Trash Cans: 1 garbage can is located on side of the house, (Black-Garbage . Trash can must be rolled out to the street for collection on designated dates (Wednesday no later than 8 AM EST)

GUEST ACCESS:

SELF CHECK-IN + CHECK OUT
Check-In: No sooner than 3 PM EST
Check Out: No later than 11 AM EST

*NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who 1) check-in early OR check-out from 11 AM to 1 PM will be charged a late fee of $50, or 2) check-out past 1 PM will be charged that night's room fee.
Guest access

Other things to note
Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with soiled carpet, moldy dishes, excessive trash, food left out etc.). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, etc.).

Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables

washer and dryer access leads to garage. Dishwasher can be used also. Guest are welcome to use them at their leisure.

- Quiet hours are 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
- No Pets allowed.
- Guest must load all dirty dishes in dish washer.
- All trash must be placed outside in bins/tied bags before you leave.
- Weekly/long term trash bin/tied bags need to go to the end of the road by Tuesday night. Trash Pick is Wednesday morning.
- All dirty towels and wash cloths must be placed on bathroom floor.
- Please respect the noise curfew.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes. Do not leave any food out.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Please respect the noise curfew.
- No open Parties or Events - but guests can still celebrate, have fun, & enjoy their selves.
- Smoking is permitted outside only. $200 fine for smoking anywhere other than outside.
HOOKAHS:
- You are allowed to bring your own hookah equipment.
- Can only use hookah outside.
“Use at your own risk”.
- The booking guest is responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings of guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming/accepting the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises & any of its equipment or leisure activities.
- No guest should be loitering in parking lot across the street, by vehicles, in front of any of my neighbor’s homes, or in the front of our property.
- Booking Guest will have to pay all legal fees, fines, citations, and court costs if you or your guests violate any laws or county/city ordinances. You must appear at any set court date and admit that you were the person in violation and that the home owner should not be held responsible for anything. You take on all liability.
- Outdoor security cameras will be monitoring all parking activity!
- No Parking in front of any of my neighbors homes.
- No Parking in any close home subdivision unless you have written permission from the home owners.
