Set in one of the Cape’s most charming towns — known for historic captain’s homes, classic inns, exceptional dining, calm bay beaches, and relaxed summer evenings — this home lets you explore by day and return to your own private haven at night.

Designed for easy summer living, this bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch features an open floor plan that keeps everyone connected. The fully accessorized kitchen makes beach mornings and family dinners effortless, while hardwood floors and updated bathrooms add modern comfort. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Nice house. Check-in was a problem - the cleaners were still there until around 4:45 pm, which was very annoying after a day at the beach. Other than that all-good.

    The Property Management Company “Vacasa” is/was atrocious. We replaced a coffee maker that was broken on arrival and never got reimbursed. Cannot get help from anyone there, nothing but bots. Terrible experience.

    The house was perfect size for my husband and I. Located in Brewster, the house was convenient to all the Cape has to offer. We traveled with our dog who loved exploring and hiking on all the conservation areas in Brewster. The house was spotless when we arrived and the management was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Definitely would.consider.booking here.again. D

    We had a great stay in this house. Property was well maintained, the fenced area in the back yard was perfect for a small dog (like we had). Location was convenient to everything we wanted, including beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet! We loved it! Everything worked! We would rend this property again!
