Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This oceanfront home offers unforgettable views and a private pool, spa, a game room and an open great room. The open floor plan is a must and is perfect for entertaining. The gourmet kitchen features updated appliances and is perfect for gathering together.

Upon entry, you walk into the home's living room, which has comfortable seating that is perfect to unwind and take in the view. Just afew steps over will lead you to the kitchen, living room, and dining area—a very open floor plan allows for an easy flow between the spaces. The living room has two couches and a loveseat around the flatscreen TV and offers direct access to the porch through the sliding glass doors. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need, and there is plenty of counterspace on the huge kitchen There is seating for eight at the dining table and an additional six stools at the kitchen bar.

On the mezzanine level, the first bedroom sits on the first floor and features a king-sized bed. There is a full bathroom, complete with a double vanity and walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom, which features two queen-sized beds and a private bathroom that has a combination shower and tub, On the second floor, the third bedroom features a queen-sized bed The private ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom acts as the primary suite and features a king-sized bed, stunning ocean views, and access to the balcony. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a spa tub. The fifth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and boasts stunning ocean views.

On the 3rd floor, the 6th bedroom has 2 Bunk beds with twin and full beds, a game room, a mini kitchenette, and a private bathroom complete with a shower or tub. The 7th bedroom is large and features a king-sized bed. The 8th bedroom has two queen-sized beds and one twin bed.

Head outside to unwind in the private pool and spa and listen to the waves crash in the near distance as you let rest and relaxation find you.

    Perfection. Check-in was a breeze. Home was beautiful and well appointed. Beach was beautiful. There was 18 of us and there was plenty of space for everyone. Will definitely stay again.

    The beautiful property was perfect for our large family vacation. We loved being ocean front and also enjoyed the pool. The layout allowed for everyone to have their own space. We would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen well-appointed and Island Time was excellent to work with, even allowed us to park extra cars in their parking lot. The only disappointment was gathering space inside and out: tiny porch on main floor where we couldn't watch thunderstorms together and living room only seated 7 comfortably. Our large family just wished for more space to hang out.

The college age kids loved the bunk room and ping pong in the garage. First floor bedroom was perfect for my 84 year old mom. Rental agency was responsive when we had questions. Great experience!

My only complaint would be dishes/pans were put away dirty so we needed to rewash everything. The street/driveway is a little tight/narrow, and navigation apps can't easily find it, but that's not a knock on the house or the management team.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at 7 Guscio Way. It was our first time staying oceanfront, and it was wonderful. The convenience was such a blessing and the house met all of our needs. There were some complications with the garbage service (they missed a day and the garbage piled up) but the staff was very accommodating and even came out and picked up the excess garbage that accumulated. We had a problem with an interior door not unlocking, and they came out that day and replaced the doorknob and lock. Island Time was very engaged; doing their best to meet our needs.
