Newly Renovated Luxury 5BR Home + Office, Walk to Beach & Town

Everything was great. The host warned us that the drive way will only fit 4 cars comfortably, but we were able to fit 6 cars with plenty of room to spare. Perhaps there may be problems if there were big snow banks.

Large house with lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and definitely became the hang out space. Lots of toilets, just not on the top floor with two of the bedrooms. Two showers available but one is en suite which is a little trickier to share. Located in a convenient area close to beaches and downtown Gloucester. Cleanliness score suffered due to mold in the showers and windows so dirty you couldn't see out of them as well as some remnants of the previous guests (e.g., dental floss) - all easily addressed.

Great location, close to downtown shopping & amazing restaurants. Also if you are into collecting sea glass, there are several beaches nearby! We got the most at Niall’s Beach! The house was welcoming, comfortable & and much much more! Can’t wait to stay again!

House was completely updated and beautifully decorated. Well stocked with all essentials! Erin was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would stay here again if visiting the area!

This house was gorgeous and extremely well kept! Erin made sure our stay was perfect. The house was so cozy and more than enough room for all 10 people we had staying there. 1000/10 would recommend. We'll be back!

This property was PERFECT! The open kitchen and dining and living areas were so spacious, yet cozy!:)My family had a fabulous time playing dice and card games at the big dining room table.We also walked to Rocky Neck and visited many shops. And on a different day, dinner at Seaport Grill was absolutely delicious.The accommodations were so comfortable and Erin was easy to communicate with, and quick to reply when asked a question. Amazing home! Beautifully decorated and our host, Erin, was nothing but exceptional to make our stay fabulous! We walked up town to get coffees and breakfast sandwiches at Cape Ann’s every morning. It was a cute place with great prices. We were only 45 minutes from Downtown Boston amd a half hour from Salem. We visited both cities and we had alot if fun! We hope to be back soon!!

Wonderful family home, we had a perfect stay for two families with kids. The games room as a huge hit and the decorative artwork everywhere made us feel right at home.Easy walk to the beach and town centre, and Erin our host was very responsive with any questions or queries. Would definitely stay again!

Check in was great the owner let us know the cleaning crew was done early so we could check in early. The kitchen was great lots of space and had everything we needed to make a meal for a crowd. The main level could use a fan if it’s a hot week.

The house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We had the best time during our stay. I would highly recommend!

An absolutely great location, in a small glamorous town. We were traveling to explore Boston academic area and the house is located super convenient. Clean, , well equipped kitchen , large enough for 5 adults and 5 kids. The basement had few entertainment options for the youngsters. It was pretty warm in the night in the first floor , with no AC ( only ceiling fans). We would book it again

My family stayed at the house for a small family reunion. Ample room and kitchen/family area was a great space for all of us to gather. 15 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Besides being clean and updated, the 2 King sized beds was a winning factor. We appreciated the generous space and modern conveniences

Available just when we needed it after a last minute cancellation threatened to upend the trip our scouts had spent months preparing for. Our group of 8 fit comfortably and would have been fine even if all 10 of us had been able to be here. We loved cooking together in the big kitchen and the table accommodated us all! Movie night and game night were all successful in this space! Thanks

This was the perfect escape for 4 friends who just needed time away together. While there are 4 floors in this incredible home, we were quite content to enjoy the main 2 floors and the beautiful porch. Erin’s suggestions for day trips were spot on as well.

2 families just looking to get away from home for a few days- this house was great- enough space, well appointed, comfy beds. Great location to downtown and beach. Host Erin was super responsive and everything was great. We want to come back for the warm weather!

Communication with the host was excellent. It was a beautiful, comfortable, clean, well-stocked home in a nice location. We really enjoy ourselves and are so grateful we had the opportunity to stay there.

My friends and I have stayed at this property multiple times and have enjoyed our stay thoroughly each time. The house is beautiful, and Erin is a wonderful host. We can't wait to plan another stay and appreciate everything that she did t make our stay comfortable.

My family was visiting Gloucester for an after Christmas getaway. The house was wonderful, very comfortable and big enough for the eight of us. The kitchen had everything you would need. We were only in Gloucester for a short stay, and wish we had more time to explore the area. Erin was very responsive to any request or concerns we had. Would definitely recommend

The house is simply gorgeous, the kitchen is even nicer in person! The spacious living areas accommodated our group wonderfully. The location is great, on a nice quiet street and still so close to the water!
