Newly Renovated Luxury 4 Level Townhome with AC/FP and Mountain Views

Everything about Dan’s condo was perfect. Dan is a great host and extremely communicative, with clear check in instructions, and everything inside the condo works properly. The condo is nicely decorated and renovated and extremely comfortable. And of course, it’s perfect proximity to the mountain and on the shuttle route. We will certainly be back!

We traveled to Lincoln to take in the beautiful fall foliage and enjoy Oktoberfest at Loon Mountain Resort. The condo was perfect for our stay—spacious and comfortable for us and our friends, with a large living room and private bedrooms and baths. It was impeccably decorated and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was ideal—close to Loon but far enough away to avoid the “leaf peeper” traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Dan’s condo is the perfect place to book a ski weekend. The location could not be better, as it is a minute drive to Loon Mountain and located right on the Loon Mountain shuttle route. The condo itself is very nice, large, and comfortable - exactly how it is laid out in the pictures. Dan was also a great host and communicative. We will definitely be booking here again.

The home was as beautiful and comfy as it looked in the pictures. Clearly the owners live there often and it is fully outfitted with every detail that one could hope for. Newly refinished wood floors, great kitchen and living room, comfortable beds and the whole place nicely decorated and very clean. It was really a delightful home away from home.

We live in Southern New Hampshire. In the current pandemic we decided to keep our vacation local in New England to enjoy the fall foliage. We were looking for something near Loon Mountain and all of the attractions that Lincoln has to offer. We were very happy with the location and the townhome! The house was less than a mile from Loon. There are two parking spots for the home and visitor spots readily available if you have guests. The townhome was recently renovated, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the short trips to Loon, Hobo Railroad, Indian Head, and center of town with shops and restaurants. It gets very busy in Lincoln, so it was great to have the quick and easy flexibility to eat at the house instead of long dinner lines out in Town. Dan was very easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were contactless and easy. We really enjoyed this home and hope to be back again in the future. Bill F

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Dan contacted me via phone to talk a bit and give me some pointers on places to eat and see while we were staying in his home. His house was exactly as described and had everything you could think of that allowed us to cook our meals there. The shuttle was a great feature and it was close to Loon Mountain if we chose to drive. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the house and also how quiet it was at night, allowing us to get some much needed rest after hitting the slopes all day. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect property for a ski weekend with 6 adults. Dan, the owner, provided great instructions and recommendations. The home is clean, recently renovated, and super cozy and warm. The shuttle bus to the mountain was a great added bonus. Don't hesitate, just book!

Lovely, cozy, and well maintained. Kitchen was full of many amenities and then some. We truly felt like we were at home. Beautiful decor, clean, and a good location. What more could one ask for! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Can’t wait to go back! We have stayed at several condo’s in the area, but this is by far the nicest. Comfortable, beautifully re-modeled and plenty of room to sleep 6. Shuttle stopping right outside was very convenient for skiing as well. The owner, Dan, was also very responsive and communicated every detail about this great spot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We were lucky to have had the chance to stay in this tastefully decorated, high-end remodeled town home. It is well stocked with everything you might need. I felt like I was staying at the home of a friend. The ski bus stops right outside the door, if you want. Enjoy!
