Stayed Jan 16, 2026Kitchen was well stocked, and the home was super cozy. Great location, and the property manager was very prompt in responding to messages. They even shoveled/plowed the drive this morning when it snowed unexpectedly! Very pleased with our experience, will definitely recommend.

Stayed Sep 16, 2025The house was just as explained. Very Clean and Comfortable. It was so convenient to downtown for restaurants, which is so nice that you did not have to drive anywhere to get food.There was a lot of construction in the area, but that is not the fault of the renters, it was still easy enough to get around.Would definitely stay there again.And the response time from the renters was amazing! All questions were answered in minutes!! Thanks!!

Stayed Sep 21, 2025House was very comfortable and charming. Great location to walk downtown. Well equipped kitchen. Cozy places to sit and relax. Bathrooms were great with grab bars(had senior parents) with us. Overall was excellent and would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Our family of 4 stayed here for my daughter's softball tournament. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was incredibly clean, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions in downtown Loveland. We've stayed a lot of places and this little quaint little house was one of our very favorites. We had a small issue with the air conditioning during our stay and management was very easy to reach and it was fixed quickly. The kitchen was stocked well and thankfully, there was a washer and dryer in the basement. I would highly recommend staying here and if we're ever coming back, we'll definitely be booking again.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025This was a lovely home in old town Loveland. It was advertised as three bedrooms, but one bedroom was the size of a closet. It had a daybed with a trundle, but if you pulled the trundle out, there wasn’t anywhere to walk. We wanted to use the trundle, but couldn’t. We loved the location & felt very safe! The home was quite charming & quaint. It was very clean & comfortable. We absolutely loved the sunroom extension off the upstairs bedroom. It was a comfy sitting area for morning coffee. We would have preferred liquid coffee creamer (like in restaurants) over the powdered creamer. That was a minor thing, but we got in late at night & looked forward to coffee the next morning & the powder creamer was disappointing.All in all, I would definitely recommend this home. The third bedroom was disappointing for our needs.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We totally enjoyed hanging out together downstairs with the fireplace going and plenty of space. Kichen is spacious and well stocked. Handy to Fort Collins and to beautiful Ellis Ranch in Loveland, where we attended a family wedding. The Mishawaka is also an easy drive away
