    The property was in the perfect location between the start of the RBC Heritage golf tournament and Harbor Town. There were challenges with parking as we were given only 1 car tag that allowed access during tournament hours so all other cars had to park at a lot that was about 2 miles away. We were able to get the other cars after 7pm and keep them at the condo, but once they were parked, we had to leave them for the entirety of the trip. The condo had enough space for 6 adults, and the kitchen was well appointed.

    Positives: Check in was a breeze. Plenty of supplies for our 2 night stay. The beds and linens were nice. We loved being able to park in front of our unit. Quiet area. Manager responded quickly and kindly to our concerns. Convenient layout and efficient Villa with all the necessities for a family stay. Negatives: The floors were dirty when we arrived but the manager responded quickly and had them cleaned. “Newly renovated” is a relative term. Like most beach locations with carpet, it’s worn and stained from high traffic. Upstairs bathrooms needed a few repairs and updates.

    We stayed in the hottest heat wave HH had in July. The wonderful air conditioning was so welcoming. Coming home to every day! We’ve been coming here, many years, and this location is our favorite. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, thank you!

    We appreciated the location and parking. However, the overall accommodations were below average. Where to begin, the initial tone set by the property was disappointing. Upon entering the home after a full day of travel, we enter the restrooms which have 3/4 used toilet paper rolls, no soap and no hand towels. The cost to provide guests with fresh/new toilet rolls is not substantial and should be a standard for all property management companies. We had to scour the house for soap meant for showering to use in the restrooms. It is also important to note, the ceilings downstairs where duct work is leave little room for head clearance for individuals taller than 5’10. The primary bathroom and powder room have such little space, a tall adult with have difficulty using the facilities. When preparing for bed, we noticed the mattresses did not have mattress covers/pad- just a thin transparent sheet over the mattress. I also believe all pillows should have pillow covers, underneath the pillow cases, but have recognized this standard practice of hygiene is not followed at most short term rentals, however a mattress cover/pad is a basic accommodation that makes guest feel less “exposed” when sleeping in beds that are used by hundreds of guests throughout the year. Next, the carpet on the stairs and upstairs were heavily stained, mostly in circular patterns that would reflect a pet accident. The electrical work has not been updated and left us fumbling around the house looking for lamps to turn on, as light switches were not easily located and most rooms did not have overhead lighting. Overall, our stay provided us the basic needs of shelter, that is about it. We were grateful that aside from the carpet, the remaining areas of home appeared clean and furniture and decor were reasonable.

    Great clean condo within a 5 minute walk to Harbortown. Would definitely recommend this location however no pool with this unit so may be a little let down if your vacationing with kids

    Was lucky enough to find this place when booking a weekend trip. The price was good compared to others nearby. The location was excellent and walking to Harbour Town and the playground was easy. The big patio was perfect for enjoying the warm weather without baking in the sun. As others recommended, having a renter’s guide with info like where to find the trash cans would have been helpful as I didn’t know they were hidden in the front. There was also a spot for the pool access key but it was empty so we weren’t sure how to get in. Overall we’d recommend staying here.
