Newly Renovated Coastal Style house

This was a great piece of property beautiful lots of room and close to where we wanted to go

We struggled with the key to the house, but finally got in--the key box was a little tricky. The size and cleanliness of the home was lovely and the kitchen was lovely. One shower didn't work and the most distressing part of the situation was getting in touch with the host. VRBO insists on going to the app every time you want to communicate with the host! There were not enough written instructions with a phone # if something was needed. i.e, couldn't figure out how to do the TVs and some fans never did work. To have written instructions would have been so much help. One other issue was the height of the beds. If you are going to have high beds then please leave a stool so old people can get in them. Also, the furniture was plentiful, but there was no footstool for comfort and the recliners were scary since once we were in we couldn't get out! Furniture certainly could use an update.Everything else was fine and we would book again, but bring a stool and ask for emergency #s and instructions on a myriad of things.Thank you! Perfect

This was our third time staying at this property. The most recent was for 6 weeks. Once again this property did not disappoint - clean, comfortable, excellent and fast attention from the host if a need occurred. The location is perfect for a long term stay - convenient to services, quiet, friendly and safe surroundings. This spot has become a ‘home away from home’ for our winter escapes. Already looking forward to next year.

Upon arriving at the property, we were impressed with the very nice neighborhood, and then we opened the door and were truly surprised at how big it was!!! Very nicely decorated, big screened in patio, huge living room and tv room. Delighted at the big walled in yard where we could let our dog out for runs. Very clean!! The only thing I would ask is some blankets for the chilly nights during our November stay.

Perfect getaway. Neighborhood was quiet we went with our dog so large enclosed backyard perfect, and the place was beautifully decorated. We definitely would stay again when in Sebastian

Nice big beach themed house in central location close to businesses ,beach and museum. House is super neat & clean. Owner returns texts promptly. this is our 5th stay.

House is beautiful and outside is a great place to relax desk area inside the home was a plus

Went to Sebastian to explore the area. Convenient to Vero Beach and Melbourne Beach.

We enjoyed are stay in this lovely house. Plenty of room and very clean and close to stores , restaurants and the ocean. We would differently stay again.
