Newly Renovated Casita in Mesa, King-Sized Bed and Lightening Fast WiFi

All amenities, cookware, towels, shampoo etc. we needed were here. Chic decor, very metropolitan, elegant. Coffee table pulls up into a higher table. A folding table and 2 chairs was available. The space inside and outside is so much better then motel room. Very private and quiet. Ill look for avaiability next time we visit. Close to Natural history and a pioneer museum.

It was a great casita. Only issue we had was whatever sticky substance that was all over the rocks closer to the casita. I dont know if it was falling from the tree but it ruined some shoes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Firstly, the casita was located in a tranquil and clean neighborhood. The casita is situated in a fenced-off area in the backyard, ensuring privacy while you stay there. It had everything you would need for a short or extended stay. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a lovely little place to sleep.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was really clean, comfy cozy had a slick little outdoor patio area for sitting in the afternoons and evenings. The property manager was awesome. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

It was a nice stay home was as expected. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating area in the private courtyard. Very quiet easy to sleep.

The casita was great!! Everything was as described, in a verybcute neighborhood as well. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the shower didn't drain very well, so we had to keep turning the water off and on so the tub didn't fill with water. Outside of that, everything was perfect.

One of the only negatives would be that it’s a long way to the entrance to carry luggage, especially for anybody elderly

Very nice studio. Kitchen well stocked, bed comfy, layout is great. Nice to have laundry on site and patio. We enjoyed all of the citrus trees around us. We did comment privately that the large sofa is quite broke down and needs replacing, and the bath fan is very loud. They said they had intentions to replace the sofa. I absolutely would stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy casita in Mesa! It was the perfect spot for a quick getaway—clean, comfortable, and offering just the right amount of privacy. The space felt tucked away and peaceful, yet it was conveniently close to great restaurants, shopping, and fun activities.Check-in was seamless, and the host had everything well-prepared to make my stay enjoyable. The casita itself was well-appointed, with all the essentials I needed. Whether I was out exploring or just relaxing, it was a great home base.If you’re looking for a quiet, private stay with easy access to everything Mesa has to offer, I highly recommend this place! Would definitely book again!

This was my second visit to this property, each visit was two weeks or more. Everything was perfect.

Great property and perfect location for my trip. Communication was superb and property instructions were very simple. The Casita is perfect for one or two people, super quiet neighborhood, felt very safe the whole time.

Enjoyed another great stay at this location. In town for mostly golf, so to and from this location was a breeze. Easy to get to from Skyharbor as well! Easy check in, check out process and this quiet casita worked perfectly for what I needed. Laundry (washer/dryer) is an added benefit you won't always get. Plenty of room to do some cooking, etc., as needed. I didn't but one could without much trouble. Would definitely stay here again and plan to! Don't hesitate booking this one!

From start to finish, smooth and simple. Checking in and out quick and directions were exactly clear. Doesn’t ask for much of anything so the stay and check out were completely stress free. Didn’t run into a single issue. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was close to everything we needed for our trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay ! Absolutely perfect

The Casita was perfect for us. The shaded yard, the fresh fallen Pecans from the tree were a treat. Great neighborhood. Beautiful wild parakeet singing. I'd definitely stay here again.
