*NEWLY RENOVATED* Boutique Spanish-Style Villa - perfect for family & friends

This property is amazing. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything, super clean, and Jessica is a wonderful host to communicate with.

Fantastic location on the north end with quick access to the beach! We love this area as the beach is always less crowded. The kitchen remodel is stunning with plenty of amenities and room to fully utilize the space. This was also our first time on AMI with access to a washer and dryer such a nice perk.

I almost hesitate to write this review because I’d hate for too many people to discover this little charm just north of the island… then I might never get to book it again! But honestly, it’s perfect.The owner has created such a warm, inviting space. The décor makes you feel right at home, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need—from a butter dish to a rolling pin to a sugar bowl. (Pro tip: bring coffee filters or a reusable pod for the coffee pot.)We rented a golf cart to get to our beach setup on Elm St., which worked out great. Golf carts can’t go past that point anymore, but it’s only about a 3-minute ride or a 9-minute walk. That said, there are also plenty of beach access points just to the left and right of the house, and that’s where we caught some of the best sunsets ever.They do offer a few bikes, but since they’re stored outside they were pretty rusty, and we were a little hesitant to use them.There were four ladies and one child in our group, and we all had plenty of space. One night two people even shared a bed and it still felt comfortable. And the Surfboard Room? So cool! The photos in the listing honestly don’t do it justice.Thank you for sharing this gem—we absolutely loved our stay!

The villa was absolutely perfect for Christmas! The renovation is beautiful - especially the kitchen. We did not realize how close to the beach we were going to be but we saw 7 out of 7 gorgeous sunsets!

Great location near walkable beach access. Communication w/ host was easy. Check-in was quick via a Nest entry lock. Fantastic post-hurricane renovation! Very comfortable, new, modern accommodation(s). The kitchen was really nice w/new appliances, dishes, glasses, etc. outdoor shower was very convenient after the beach. They also have a shiny new Weber gas grill. HVAC was very effective for sleeping. The only issue we experienced was one toilet had flushing issues. The host was very quick to respond with a local plummer.Highly recommend.

As first time visitors to Anna Maria Island (AMI), this Pink House was terrific for myself & family (total 5 adults) to enjoy while visiting with other long-time AMI vacationers renting nearby. Renovations & decor from last year's storm were terrific and everything was brand new. Open floor plan allowed us to have others over for a casual family dinner. Access to the not crowded beach (and each evening's gorgeous sunset) was a 3 minute walk.We loved the bonus surfboard room accommodation and my (adult) children vied for who got that room.All the right amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Overall LOVED our stay & felt mostly “at home”! Love the comfy retro couch in the living room, the kitchen layout was easy & good for convo! Bathrooms were perfect for what we needed, and all the towels were awesome! We had such a short walk to the beach, we were all happy campers! My girl loved hanging in the surfboard room - what a teen treat that space is!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the pink house. The house had been recently renovated due to the hurricane in 2024. In fact we were the first guests to stay. The owners did a beautiful job with the restoration. The kitchen is spacious with all new appliances. The beds are comfortable and there is a smart tv in every bedroom. The fenced in yard made it easy to let our dog out. The entry path to Anna Maria Island’s beautiful sandy beach is only a few houses away. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for your stay.

Nice residential part of AMI. Fantastic job on the remodeling both inside (especially) and out. Very comfortable for the four of us adults. I imagine kids would really like the Surf Room addition. Host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Great place to idle away some Island Time. Would return.

The pink house was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed the privacy areas, amazing beach and quick walk to the beach. Thank you. Looking forward to return for our next vacation.
