Newly Renovated!! Beachfront Home- Private Pool- Directly on the Gulf of Mexico

Comfortable and clean house. Fantastic sunsets!!

The house is great. The pool is a great addition. The property as a whole was great for our dogs. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good fishing. Sunsets are unparalleled. We plan on coming back.

We loved the house. It was one of our favorite vacations.

Wonderful and relaxing

Check-in process is a breeze! Details sent prior to check-in time and no office to visit. The kitchen is one of my favorite things! Lots of great stuff to use/cook with! Love the fridge!

Very relaxing beautiful view every thing was new and clean

Absolutely one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. We are a party of ten with one autistic 26 year old. This property was like a dream! One of the most stocked kitchens I’ve ever been in. Pool was great. Wildlife was abundant. We saw dolphins EVERY day. We saw a sea turtle, a manatee, stingrays and a roseate spoonbill! Sunsets were a must. Beds were comfy.We ate dinner at Lazy Lizard and it was exceptional. We only ate out once and cooked the rest of the time.

The view was wonderful, probably not the best choice with having a special needs child. I failed to ask the deep of the pool. I'm grateful that our stay wasn't canceled after the damage from the hurricane, but there were some unfinished repairs and cleaning up. Very well stocked and comfortable beds. The view was outstanding.

House was wonderful! The views are fantastic and the availability of the gulf to fish, the swimming pool and lounging chairs for outdoor living is the best. Inside is also great with a huge kitchen and great living area. We all loved our stay.

We have stayed in many VRBO properties, but this was our favorite! Beautifully remodeled, well stocked, great pool, and wonderful outdoor space. The owner was extremely nice to communicate with and quickly made arrangements to fix a small problem with a door lock ( there were no other problems ). She always responded quickly to any questions. Sadly, a mandatory evacuation order made us leave a couple of days early but we plan to come back as soon as possible.

This property was exactly what we needed. We arrived and headed to the backyard. Admiring one of the most glorious sunsets was a phenomenal way to start our week. Days were spent soaking in the sun, floating in the refreshing pool, laughing at the names of boats passing by, watching dolphins and sea turtles frolic around, reading books, napping, snacking and truly hitting the reset button! The yard is set up with beach sand and plenty of lounge chairs. Sitting on the shore stairs was one of our favorite spots. Pictures of house are accurate. The kitchen area has perfect table for large groups. Yummy dinners and drinks were prepared in the spacious kitchen. The cabinets are equipped with everything you need. We slept so good in the extremely comfortable beds. There are bikes in the garage for an afternoon ride through the neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. We truly enjoyed our vacation!

Right on the Gulf with a spectacular view, we experienced extraordinary sunsets. The kitchen featured a wall of huge windows so we never missed the view of dolphins playing right past the sea wall. The enormous kitchen table sat 10 so the whole family could fit. A gulf front lap pool was fabulously refreshing for everyone.

So it was perfect for us because it was so so quiet! I am not about the city life. House was super awesome and roomy. Boys could swim or fish right at the back door. The pontoon boat rental was a mile away.

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront home on the Gulf of Mexico! The house was perfect for our family of 5, with spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and stunning views from the balcony. The private pool and backyard beach were highlights, and we enjoyed every moment relaxing and watching the dolphins. The amenities were fantastic— we loved the large soaking tub, the outdoor BBQ grill, and the shuffleboard court. We took full advantage of the double-person kayak. The location was perfect for exploring the area; we visited Weeki Wachee Springs to see the manatees and went deep-sea fishing in the Gulf's beautiful waters. The house was spotless, beautifully renovated, and had everything we needed, from WiFi to smart TVs. The owners were very attentive and made sure we had a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back for another family vacation! Highly recommend this property for a memorable getaway!

Had a restful and memorable vacation with my family. Our group’s children range in age from 1 year old to 18 and a fantastic time was had by all. The property’s location is spectacular. The house is well furnished and equipped with every household necessity we could think of. The linens smelled great and beds were extremely comfortable. The host was quick to respond to all of my communications. The only area I found room for improvement with was with the cleaning crew. Lots of dog hair from the previous renters, mainly only the stone kitchen floors, which are a pain to clean. If we didn’t have a crawler, it wouldnt have been an issue. Definitely will be planning a return trip.

This was a great family location. We each had fun playing in the pool, watching dolphins, playing shuffle board and braving the canal with the canoe. Definitely a vacation to remember!

This is our second stay and the updates were wonderful! The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of dishes, pans, silverware, etc. and the backyard view still cannot be beat. Wildlife every day! The only thing to be aware of is there is construction next door (no fault of this property), but the gentlemen working verbally stated they would try their best to keep their voices down for our vacation. Work starts early, but who sleeps in at the beach? :)

We had the best time! House was amazing- location was unbelievable! Everything in house was so nice. All rooms were well equipped! Bring shade with you!

We really enjoyed the property and view. The host is very responsive and helpful. The bathrooms could use an updating, but that is just trying to find something to complain about. I do wish there were at least a loveseat or something to lounge on in the dining/kitchen area or maybe even in the bedroom. We had small dogs with us and with the open staircase we couldn't just allow them to run up the stairs with us. So, they had to be carried whenever we did want to be up there. Had my mother in law been with us, she would have had to just sit in bed or on the metal dining chairs on her down time. She can't do stairs (which is generally fine), but with this layout there isn't a comfy spot on the main level to just sit sometimes. The neighbors were all great! There is construction being done next door, but luckily for us they were only there one day of our stay. There isn't a lot to do directly in this area, but there is a decent number of things within 35 minutes. We would definitely stay here again because the view and backyard area is everything.
