Newly renovated, 5 bdrm Lake House with stunning views!

I have no words for this place but WOW wedding weekend in town and family memories were made as we all got to stay together. I will cherish this place. The view the decor all breathtaking ❤️

The property was gorgeous! We got together for a weekend getaway with friends to ski, and this place did not disappoint. All amenities were there, and the place was spacious for a group of 12 adults. We would definitely recommend!

This property was a wonderful place to stay for our extended family. I have never rented a house or condo that was this well equipped. The kitchen had everything and more we needed to cook. And, what's more...we had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc. In every other place I have ever stayed around the country, I was given starters on all these items, but had to bring more of all this to get us through the week. Not at Pilgrim! The only thing you need to bring is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Everything else is provided for you and in generous amounts. It was a great place to host this special family reunion. We loved staying there and plan to go back. I highly recommend it. Kamala is wonderful and very responsive. Very family oriented place.

The house and location is gorgeous. Kamala made the check in process very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

We hosted my sisters bachelorette party on the lake and this house was the perfect spot. Not only was it easy to get to the breweries and wineries but the house itself is stunning and incredibly comfortable. We never felt like we were on top of each other and between the fully stocked kitchen, breathtaking views, and comfortable sleep options we had a wonderful time and would happily come back!

The house is newly renovated but still maintains the character of a home built in 1899. Everything is top notch in regards to decorating, amenities and landscaping, etc. Elk Lake is incredible for its size and clear pristine waters. The only thing which I don't remember reading in reviews is that the property is in the middle of a camp/retreat area. This means that your neighbors are constantly walking in your backyard and makes for little privacy. However, this did not bother us in the least and there were high quality shades on the backside windows if you needed to get dressed, etc. Overall, completely recommend and we may come back again!

Pilgrim House met ALL our needs for our annual, multi-generational family get together. Everything we needed for the week was there...including a perfect view of a perfect lake. Boating and beach time kept everyone happy. With children, especially appreciated that the property was not directly on the main highway, but separated by an access road...lake on one side of the house and safe walking on the other.

Our large group was all blown away by the property, amenities and customer service! The house provided three families with more than enough space with several built in amenities for awesome entertaining for adults and children alike. You’re right on Elk Lake with a gorgeous view tucked away in the most calm area of the entire lake. Any thing we requested or needed was met with an immediate and pleasant response by Kamala. Her customer service added even more to our great experience. Already planning our next trip to this property! Five stars all around!

Can't say enough about the beauty and location of this house! It is even more beautiful than the pictures reflect. Four generations of our family gathered here for our annual vacation and this was the best spot yet. Wandawood Resort amenities made it even better. Outdoor ping pong, sandbox, tether ball, small watercraft available to rent for good prices. Plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. Elk Rapids offered so much in terms of restaurants and convenience. Kamala was a great communicator and is very intentional about making her guests have a great stay. If you find Pilgrim House available for your dates don't wait to book it!

Beautiful home!! Foot traffic was a lot right off front deck. Large sliding door in living room open with no curtains bike riders and people walking by at late hours felt a bit uncomfortable. Cold weather so maybe if it had been warmer for boating and swimming that wouldn’t have been as bad
