Hi there! Welcome to our newly renovated 1936 Augusta home that is located at the heart of Augusta. This home is just minutes away from Augusta National, two airports, and downtown Augusta.

There are three bedrooms, a living room, an office, a bathroom, and a laundry room. Guests are also welcome to use the washer and dryer. The front yard is for guests, however, the backyard is shared. We have two full-sized beds plus three sleeper sofa beds. Five individuals would have five separaterooms to sleep in. Comfort and privacy!

The house's interior was completely renovated in March of 2024.

About the backyard: There is an RV in the backyard that the owners will be staying in during your visit. They will not bother anyone and 100% respect your privacy. They are there to help if needed. Please feel free to use the backyard porch, couches, and bar but understand that the owners will have to walk through the backyard to get to and from their abode. Think of them as helpful neighbors!
