Stayed Jun 9, 2025Everything has been thought of at this property. We have stayed in the Shipyard many times and this was the best stay for sure! From the cleanliness to the amenities to the activity’s accessibility I would give this 5 stars! Definitely staying here again!

Stayed Jun 2, 2025Having stayed in many rentals, we brought a lot of things for the kitchen with us. We didn’t need to here. This kitchen has everything you will need. We did use the sheet pan we brought. The family room has a large super comfy sectional that all five of us could fit easily on. Love the 3 bedrooms with en-suite full baths. This unit is right next to the pool and the shipyard shuttle stop for the beach. We rented bikes and used the beautiful bike paths throughout shipyard. Communication with the owner was excellent.
