The house was clean and stocked with the essentials. Everything worked as expected with no issues for our stay.

Cabin was clean, well equiped but we found the lighting to be poor. The toilet in the hall bathroom runs unless you flip the handle. The scenery is wonderful, the neighborhood quiet and the deck offers great views. Overall, we had a lovely time. It would be nice if there was information about the place, what is expected when leaving and something about the attractions in the area.

Great place, great location! Only suggestion is to have a few throw blankets to cuddle on the couch.

The worst was bedroom with bunk beds..no way could they accommodate 4 adults…misleading. I had this unfortunate bedroom…if there had been two of us one would have to cling over other…this rental should be for 4. The second bedroom would be better with two twins so light could come in and not be so crowded. A very unpleasant time for sleeping. Also why not put an address number on the street? impossible to find! Also kitchen appliances top of the line but no kitchen knives for chopping, slicing bread etc. difficult to prep food without proper utensils The views from deck and living room lovely . And the large grand room/kitchen so nice…why ruin it with terrible sleeping conditions in the second bedroom. I will not recommend this unit due to second bedroom. This is the type of misleading VRBO listing that gives VRBOs bad a bad reputation

Loved sitting out on the deck watching deer & hummingbirds. Home was very clean, nicely furnished, beds were very comfortable & so nice to have a washer & dryer. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, and all amenities such as paper towels, shampoo, etc. Cant think of anything they missed! VRC was top notch on communication. Highly recommend this home!!

It’s doable, but kind of a pain. There is no outdoor grill. Oh- and it’s HOTTT. The cabin does not cool down at night even with the windows open. There is a box fan but only one and there are 2 bedrooms so bring a fan. Bring all the fans. We did not sleep with covers all week and were so so hot at night. Ceiling fans would have made a huge difference but there are none in the bedrooms.

This property was in the perfect location, just a short distance from downtown. The space was spotless and thoroughly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. Having a grocery store right around the corner was super convenient, and the nearby downtown restaurants were a great bonus for a night out. Don’t miss the delicious fudge shop - it’s a must-try. The management team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience.

Property was easy to find and very clean!! Property manager was very responsive never waited for a response when I contacted them for a question. It made our anniversary trip very easy and worry free would not hesitate to book with them again. This was both of ours first experience in Colorado thank you for making it easy!!

The cabin was very very nice. Loved the beautiful kitchen, windows, view.

Cute little house, comfortable beds, nice deck and view of the cliffs. Kitchen is beautiful and nice touch with the gift boxes. Enjoyed our stay!

New, up to date with incredible views from the living room and dining room windows. Had it not been raining we would have loved to have set out on the deck and enjoy the view more.

Having everything on one level was great for hauling in our impressive amount of luggage. And, with the bedrooms tucked toward the back, we still had plenty of separated space.The staff were super responsive. We texted with a small issue, they called us immediately, and they were on-site in under an hour to help us out.
