Newly Remodeled Romantic 1920's Bungalow

Super cute and cozy. Would lo e to stay again!

The place was amazing, very clean. It had some really nice, modern upgrades. We would definitely stay again.

Property was close to my conference. It was very clean and I had all I needed. Bed was comfortable and checking in was a breeze. I would stay here again.

Traveling with our dogs for a concert and found the Bungalow. It was just as it appears in the photos. Super cute and cozy! So many thoughtful touches like the dog bed made it even better than expected.Our dogs loved the yard and the host was very communicative. The concert ended up being rescheduled and we spent a fun night in. The house was perfect for us!

Wish I could post the pics of the inside. First we were not provided access code in order to get in. After several phone calls and text finally got the entry code from the property manager well after check in time of 3 PM. The inside furniture was stained and dirty. The floors were dirty and unswept. Dog bowl area looked like it had not been cleaned for months. Chairs around Yard firepit broken down and unsafe to sit in. No wood for yard firepit, Fire pit/Coal on back porch had no propane, Furniture on back deck torn up and filthy. Holes in fence for animal escape, Be careful. Lights in the back did not work. Water in kitchen did not work and no instruction for anything in the house until after complaint of not receiving instruction. Open containers of food like ketchup and eggs left in frig. Not sure who would trust enough to use open container anything. Water left in kurig for how many days? Who knows. We had to clean everything just to feel comfortable in the house. After all that a request for us to do a load of towels before departing. Are you kidding me. As the good tenants we were we did the towels and made sure the place was cleaner upon leaving than it was when we got there. If you don't care about any of the things I listed it might be the place for you. The price was OK but if I had to stay in the area again I would not choose this property. Poor communication and emails sent with instruction well after arrival to give the appearance of being told prior to arrival.

You can tell the owners put a lot into detail. A wonderful place with plenty of room for us. A nice big yard. Easy and quick response from owners, when I had questions. We will stay here again.
