Newly Remodeled Retreat —7 Min Walk to Beach, Shops, Dining, and Heated Pool!

The home was absolutely spotless and way exceeded expectations. Adria was an incredible host and extremely responsive. The proximity to the beach and shops was one of the main reasons for renting a home in that area. The beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs etc) were very convenient. All in all the stay was a 10/10.

We had such a great time! There were so many things to make our beach/ pool vacation easy- plenty of chairs, beach towels, umbrella, toys, you name it. Location was perfect, and we truly loved eating out on the deck. (We also lucked out with perfect weather most of the week.). Great house!

This house is perfect location to walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The layout of the house worked well as we stayed with another family. We had enough space to hang out inside and out! The pool and outside seating was also great for the kids to play and adults to lounge! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Great place for beach lovers and pool lovers! Walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf! Full of amenities needed for the beach! Lots and lots of bath towels - thank you! **this place had a For Sale sign so I’m not sure how much longer it will be available. Book this while you can!

This is a great Marco house, and we loved staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at the Atwood home. The home was perfect for 7 adults ( spacious, laid out well ...) The kitchen had all you needed for cooking. I appreciated that they left stuff in pantry from prior guests ( paper plates, napkins....) I always leave my extras & always hope it gets left for the next guests. Loved the beach chairs / wagon / cooler. It made going to the beach so much easier. We rented bikes for the week & had a ball biking everyday. The pool was warm & inviting. Great stay.

This is the second time we stayed in this lovely home. It is perfect for a medium to large family with plenty of open communal living and eating space, good sleeping configurations, and a very nice pool area. The host is nice, prompt, responsive, and very easy to work with.I strongly recommend the property and look forward to likely staying there again in the future.

This house was a great find for our party of 8. We were traveling soon after Hurricane Milton and there were questions about the island and the house itself. The owners were extremely helpful and east to communicate with. They let us know what was going on down there. The house had more than enough room for all of us. The pool area was amazing and the beach was right down the street. Great dining options were endless. Everyone said they would return here in a heartbeat. The pictures and description say it all.

We were a total of 8 people (2 families) The house is a dream. The house is very spacious. There is really everything you need. The pool was of course the greatest for the children. We felt very comfortable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this house. Thank you Julie and William.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Nice spacious house well equipped with everything you would need, beautiful pool with plenty of seating. We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again.
