Newly remodeled, Old Town 3 BR, 1.5 Bath Walk Everywhere

Our host was amazing- very responsive and great communication. Just blocks away from downtown, beautifully updated, fully stocked kitchen, would definitely stay here again!

The place was absolutely perfect. Had everything anybody could want you just have to remember all the bathrooms are downstairs.

We could walk everywhere we needed for the three days we were there. It was a refreshing break from driving. The home is one of the original in the neighborhood, which comes with quirks, but the owners have recently remodeled and furnished to create a comfortable and beautiful interior. Karen was fantastically attentive and made sure our needs were met both in the home and with activities in the are. Our family of five would be very happy to return.

We loved our stay. The house is very comfortable, has natural light and in an ideal location just a few blocks from Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants.The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, knives, modern appliances, etc. The bedrooms were also comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We spent a week at the house and would love to return sometime.

What a great location! Walkable to lots of restaurants and shops, and the train. The house had everything we needed, it was a beautiful updated old home.

Great stay in Durango! Walkable to many shops, restaurants and parks! Excellent home base to explore SW Colorado! Communication with the host was superb!

Perfect for a family of 4 on vacation

This property is great. We came to enjoy one of my husband's favorites places for his 50th. The House was in a great location. It was close to downtown and many restaurants. It was cozy and clean and the owners kept in great communication. We would definitely love to come back to this property

The house was perfect for our spring break ski trip. Awesome location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There was plenty of space for a few family movie nights and the bedrooms upstairs were great for the teenagers. Close to the Animas River Trail for a jog and an easy drive to Purgatory Resort to ski. We would definitely stay again!

This house is great!! Very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and helpful. The location is amazing - walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops and only a 30 minute drive to purgatory. We would definitely stay here again!

a perfect get away for the two of us and our 14 year old pug. it felt like a home away from home. bonus is the beautiful neighborhood, friendly locals (the mailman even came over to the porch to chat!) and tons of well behaved furry friends on leashes … great for our comfort zone walking an old gal!!

Wonderful location to downtown Durango, just a short 5-6 minute walk. The house has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. The yard is beautifully maintained. The overall feeling or vibe is super relaxing and high end. I absolutely loved the week I spent there. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed staying in the heart of Durango. Place was clean with room to spread out, and we enjoyed walking to local hikes and attractions. Thank you for hosting us!

My family of 6 stayed two nights and it was perfect for our needs. Everything was just as described, so cute and comfortable. We love to the location and how easy it was to walk through the beautiful neighborhood to the downtown. The only problem was we wanted more time in the charming house and beautiful Durango! Highly recommend
