Stayed Dec 10, 2025Clean, had everything we needed that was stated. Quiet. Close to everything. We walked to all the shops/restaurants in San Marco. Will look to stay here again when we return for vacation another time.

Stayed May 2, 2025Place was good location to San Marco shopping and food. Beds clean and comfortable. Unit was not very clean. Dirty area rug, smell of smoke, dirty sponge left behind, no DW pods, sofa lots of stains. We had to vacuum chair in living due to window left partially opened. Refrig full of crumbs. Place was cheap…should have been my first sign. I am happy it was only 2 nights.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024Great house perfect for two couples in a fun part of Jacksonville. Met friends here and went to the Jacksonville game and had a blast. Easy walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and shops. Would definitely stay here again. Host is very responsive and has a well maintained property. Thanks for the great weekend!!
