Newly remodeled house conveniently located.

The house was clean and everything worked as it should. There were no issues with anything. It is located very close to multiple shopping areas, so there were many options for restaurants or groceries if you want to eat in. Kitchen was stocked well for those purposes too. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and were so pleased to find the house was decorated with a tree and some decorations in all the rooms, but not overwhelming, just added a nice touch, since we were away from home. We were able to get some nice family photos with the tree in the background!

Exactly as advertised. No hassle

Excellent location, great remodel, and responsive host.

The house was remodeled, but still had a musty old smell to it. One of the beds you could not even sleep in the mattress was so uncomfortable. Woken up at two in the morning with noisy pipes or rodents in the ventilation. Ants were all over the counter on the third day so we left. We stayed at the Holiday Inn express and had to pay more money, but it was worth it.

Beautiful 2br, 1 bath home well furnished with plenty amenities. Location, Location, Location! Very clean with comfortable beds and linens. Appreciated the garage at night. Super host! Most definitely will be back.

We loved staying here. The outside temp was 102F and I was very worried that where we would be staying would be hot. But, it was very pleasant. Everything was perfect. We only stayed one night and did not use the kitchen, so I can't comment on that. But everything else was perfect. Beds were comfortable. House was close to things we wanted to see.

We were only passing through so we only stayed one night but after a long day of driving, it was so nice to stay in your home. It had everything we needed. Thank you!

Good location, quiet neighborhood.

The property is just as advertised. Its very cute, cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Its conveniently located right off I40, which makes it very easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend choosing this property for your next stay in Amarillo. Tim is very receptive to communication and answers immediately.

Loved this cute home

We have stayed here more than once. It is a GREAT little place that is very cozy and nicely furnished. My girls and I are in Amarillo at least 3 times per year for dance competition, and this is our favorite place to rent. It is literally around the corner from fast food and access to I-40. It is a very quick trip to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet. I highly recommend this place.

We went to Amarillo for a volleyball tourn and stayed at this adorable house. It has everything you need! The beds are comfy, the house was clean, and so cute!

This house was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice to have a BBQ grill but other than that, it was a great place to stay. Hope to stay again next year during the WRCA championship.

This home was centrally located and a great little place to stay for my grandchildren's baseball tournament! The beds were super comfortable!

It was nice

This was our first VRBO stay and it was great! Tim was always available for questions. The property suited our needs perfectly. We were able to cook, do laundry and relax. Those of you who travel by motorcycle know that traveling this way limits the amount of clothing you can bring (unless you pull a trailer) so having the luxury of doing laundry and cooking is a much appreciated bonus. We ride a Honda Goldwing Trike and Tim gave us access to the single car garage to use while there. We enjoyed not having to cover the trike every night. We have family in Amarillo and will likely book again when we return. Thanks Tim!

The property is great. Very well appointed! The bed was very comfortable! The sheets were top notch and soft. All the amenities of home. We felt safe with the dead bolts. The neighborhood is a little run down and rough, but inside the house we were very comfortable! Would definitely recommend and stay there again when in the area!
