Stayed Apr 18, 2025We decided to rent this quaint renovated home in Springfield for our anniversary./Easter weekend. It's in walking distance of the Pythian Castle which we enjoyed the history tour, ghost tour with ghost pics to prove it and their officer lockdown which was tough but fun. Lots of restaurants, felt safe, love the house.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024My wife and I enjoyed our two week stay here! It was just what we needed. The Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any accommodations we needed. Addressing the previous review: - Sure there was a chip in the linoleum flooring in one spot but the rest of the house was newly remodeled. - The neighborhood is a bit run down but my wife and I walked it every day for two weeks to Evangel University for a conference and felt safe.

Stayed May 11, 2024I have traveled across yhe world for 25yrs.. staying in countless hotels and vrbos. This place was the worst ever. Do not book this place.

Stayed Feb 9, 2024This house was 4 minutes from a convention that we were working. It had everything that we needed and was a good fit for our needs. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
