Newly Remodeled Beach Paradise

We absolutely loved this place. They've thought of everything. We were able to have two different apartments for the two different families, some awesome furniture out on the patio to enjoy late into the evening with a fire pit, well stocked home and kitchen, great beds, very clean, no pet hair or anything like that, really close to the beach which was amazing It was an excellent location outside of the main hub but close enough to get to everything. They even had a skimboard which are really difficult to find. They really have made it a wonderful place. Highly recommend it. If we come back to Cocoa Beach, we know where we're staying.

Outstanding! We had everything we could possibly need for a fantastic week on Cocoa Beach. Great weather and the best accommodations. Would love to come back and stay here again.

My sister, fiancé & I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Beautiful rental, great amenities (including beach gear to use!), and just an all-around fantastic property at a great price. It was awesome having the added privacy of two separate units. I’ve recommended it to my local family for any future visitors they have!

This is 2 separate units side by side. They are cute and clean and fully stocked. We were very impressed with all the amenities available and the overall cleanliness and comfort in both sides. You do have to cross a 4 lane road to get to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. The beach is right across the street and it is clean and beautiful. We were able to walk to some good eateries. We will stay again!

Lisa was a lovely host and the property was great. I had an issue with check-in, which was simply my own issue but Lisa was very quick to respond and assist.The property is great with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The road you have to cross to get to the beach access is very busy during the day and somewhat loud in the evening so if you are bothered by traffic noise, keep this in mind. We were not bothered by it and slept well. In addition, as noted in the listing, the building is essentially two separate apartments that are not joined by any interior doors. If you have small children that you want to stay in the other apartment, this may be bothersome to you. Our older daughter and son loved having their own space and thought they were so cool! There was a really nice selection of beach equipment, chairs, boogie boards, and a very nice cooler to use on the beach. My daughter has never been able to boogie board and she had a blast the one day learning. Thank you, Lisa, we enjoyed our stay!

We love location and extra details! There’s always coffees, snacks, towels, boogie boards!

Clean and organized

This adorable place was perfect for my group. We had two completely separate units for privacy at night, but could enjoy some time together before bed. It was well stocked with quality items. Comfy bed, plenty of linens and more amenities than what we had time to use. Very easy to access and a very thoughtfully prepared property for guest comforts. I would rebook again and again.

From the host down to all of the finer details of the property this place is outstanding. Very nice renovations, appliances, cookware, outside grill/smoker, beds are super comfortable. The hosts are awesome and we appreciated them.

My stay was amazing the host was outstanding. We had everything we needed in the house as well as for a beach outing. I will definitely be back again. My family absolutely loved it. We had one unit and our kids were in the other unit and they had a ball. Top notch everything in both units. Beach right across the street. AMAZING!!! 10/10

Stayed at this unit before.. pristine, tastefully decorated..plenty of amenities.. all the comforts of home and the proximity to beach is awesome.. will return .. would highly recommend
