Back Yard: large private heated pool with jet spa , gas BBQ grill, table and chairs, 5 lounge chairs.

Free heated pool during the summer only. From October to May pool user have to pay $65 per a day when you like to heat up the pool and spa. Minimum for 2 days heating.
