Stayed Aug 17, 2024Location was great. 1/2 grill did not work, useless. WiFi buffered constantly; impossible to watch movies, TV shows, games or check email. No A/C in bedrooms. Overall was minimally acceptable.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024There were items missing that were on the listing. The floors weren’t really cleaned. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets were full with no room for guests.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024We enjoyed the house and the excellent location; with greater attention to details it could be excellent. One of two ceiling fans and the gas grill did not work. In addition beach passes were not provided and management need to be reminded to provide linens as agreed. Management was responsive, however.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This cottage is the perfect location in the heart of lavallette, walking distance to everything you need. The property was a great size for myself, husband and 3yo son. Small but had just what we needed, including outdoor space and shower. Only downfall was that there was a great deal of sugar ants in the cottage. Which has us continuously putting food away even while trying to prepare a meal, we were very nervous about leaving anything on the counter tops as ants would quickly start to gather. The owner was very nice and stated that he secured an exterminator when I mentioned the issue to him. So hopefully this won’t be an issue for anyone else moving forward! Overall great stay.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022House was not as clean as I would like. We had to clean the refrigerator before we could put away our food. We were unable to use the television and access WiFi. The Keurig coffee machine did not work. None of the ceiling fans worked therefore there was no light in one of the bedrooms. We had to move a table lamp to the room. The grill did not work well. The neighbor repaired it enough so that we could use it. I feel that the landlord just has to have someone check on these things. We were able to adjust to those things. Ultimately we had a great time. The location was fabulous, the house clearly had been recently painted, the neighbors that were renting the front house were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed May 24, 2021This is a cute little cottage, perfect for my family of 4. The location is awesome and the Beach was beautiful. Owner attentive and easy to get a hold of! We will definitely be returning!!!
