Newly Built with Pool and Spa

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and helpful, making the experience seamless from start to finish, highly recommend!

We liked the large kitchen/gathering area. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms great.

The location was ideal—close enough to explore Main Street, but quiet enough to truly unwind.

The house was absolutely awesome. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed for the weekend. The house was conveniently located in town. It was easy to get to all of our destinations for the weekend. If we had questions about the house, the host was very easy to get in touch with.

This house is such a find in Fredericksburg! It sleeps 14 comfortably, has a real pool, and is walking distance to Main St. The decor is adorable- disco ball heaven and so much pink. Perfect for a girls’ trip or bachelorette but the guys loved it too. One note- a neighbor has roosters who crow starting around 5:00 am. Nothing the owner can do about it, and a white noise app blocked it out after we knew to use it. Just made for an early awakening the first morning of the trip.

This lovely home was perfect for our group! Clean, inviting, great beds and the host was easy to work with!

My family and our dog stayed at this wonderful house for our Fredericksburg vacation. We enjoyed easy access to Main Street and no longer than 15 min drive to most vineyards. I enjoyed playing golf everyday while my wife read books by the pool. This VRBO is worth the price and I highly recommended vacationing in Fredericksburg Tx!

The house was wonderful and as described. It was easy to locate and great location from the main road. We did not try walking to the main road other than for exercise but easy to get Uber/Lyft. Heads up the neighbor has a chicken coop and can be heard, it did not bother us but might bring ear plugs or a white noise machine if needed. All things considered, recommend this place!

I originally wanted to spend my 60th birthday in Napa, but Fredericksburg—with its amazing wine scene—turned out to be just as perfect. This house was absolutely ideal for my family and me. We had a group of 10, and the space was more than comfortable for everyone. Being less than a mile from Main Street was a huge plus—we could easily enjoy all the local shops and wineries. I would most definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay.

My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here for the wedding weekend. Location was perfect - close to our house, the church, and Main Street. Room for bride and all bridesmaids to get ready for rehearsal and wedding and provide room for breakfast and lots of fun!

The house was perfect for our combined bachelor/bachelorette trip. The rooms were really spacious, the kitchen ended up being the gathering place for the times when we weren't in the hot tub, and everything was very clean. Just a heads up though, the next door neighbor has a chicken coop with some very expressive roosters... luckily we didn't spend a ton of time at the house during the day. I would maybe still recommend bringing ear plugs or a white noise machine. All things considered, if we were to do another group trip, we would most likely stay here again!

We were impressed from the minute we walked in the door. This is a brand new property that just dazzled. The accommodations for our family size was spacious and comfortable, not one detail was missed. It was immaculate which is a priority on our list. The interior design was fun and bright. The heated pool and hot tub were a bonus. We ended up relaxing outside more than we anticipated for January weather. Just a beautiful weekend with our children. We are making it an annual trip. Thank you to our host who certainly knows how to welcome guests.

Everything about this house is amazing. We had the perfect weekend girl's getaway and could not have asked for more. Though the property isn't in walking distance to Main Street (at least not for us), but it is a 2 minute Uber ride away so no issues. The pool and hot tub are great and I would suggest this home as an option for your next girls weekend! WE LOVED IT!!!
