Newly Built Seattle Townhome w. Lake/Skyline Views

Well appointed with anything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and loved the rooftop deck. Contemporary fun furnishings. Great neighborhood too.

Great apartment in a great location. Owner should teach a 'master class' in how to run and stock a rental unit: every need was anticipated and lots of great touches in both decorating and in items for use. Would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exceptionally clean and easily accommodated three adults and two teenagers. Its location was very convenient, with coffee shops and restaurants for every meal within walking distance. A great choice for families or small groups.

This was the perfect base for our visit to Seattle and time with family! This is one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was beautifully clean and well maintained, perfectly matched the listing description and pretty much exceeded my expectations.Jessica was responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and coffee (and wine) on the roof deck was lovely! The food in the neighborhood was incredible… great market, oysters at Rock Creek Seafood, Chirashi bowl at Fremont Bowls, sandwich at Paseo.

We spent the week in Seattle at this rental and found it to be conveniently located for everything we wanted to do and thoughtfully decorated as well as it had everything we needed. It was helpful to have the parking spot in a busy neighborhood as well. There’s so much to see and do within just a couple of blocks.

Stayed with our kids (16 &18) for 4 nights. The townhouse was awesome. The only minor suggestion would be to add some black window treatments in the upstairs bedroom. In the summer time the sun comes up 5:00 am and the room is very bright. On the plus side we were up early every day

Very lovely, super comfortable, modern and clean unit. Extremely comfortable beds! The kitchen is very well equipped. Roof top has stunning views of Seattle and mountain ranges. Easy short walk (less than a mile) to Downton Freemont and amazing coffee shops.

Jessica is the ultimate hostess. She literally thought of evening in this townhouse. It is so clean and well cared for. My husband and I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every second. So close to downtown and green lake. We really enjoyed the rooftop and views. And the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with anything you might need. Highly recommend!

A few things stand out as amazing about our stay. The neighborhood is awesome and walkable. We took full advantage of the fantastic market up the street, grabbed beers at Reuben’s, had dinner at Fremont Bowl, ordered takeout from Lupo (we’ve been before - love this place), grabbed a burger before graduation at Uneeda Burger and finished with Sunday brunch at Le Coin (not to be missed). All this within 2 blocks of the condo. Next, the rooftop was everything I hoped it would be. Views are spectacular! We had amazing warm, sunny weather which helped and definitely took full advantage of this incredible space. The condo is impressively well appointed. The host Jessica has thought of everything you’d possibly need from a yoga mat to a steamer to rain ponchos etc. Location is great as it is close to UW campus and downtown Seattle. Only downside for us was noise as the condo is on a street with a bus route. We had all the windows open because it was nice out and the buses are loud when they come by. Bring ear plugs. Also, the condo could have been a little cleaner. I mentioned to Jessica and she responded positively so I’m sure this will be addressed. All in all we had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay here again!
