Newer Home - NW Modern w/ Hot Tub near Rosario

The hosts are very welcoming, thoughtful, and communicative. They sent out all the information in a timely manner and were so thorough that we didn't have any questions about arrival time, check in, or amenities. The amenities matched the description exactly. The dog friendly aspect was true to the description, and the house was a beautiful place to stay.

Everything was clean and well thought out for a lovely getaway. We are very grateful for our stay, our exspectations were met and then some. Thank you to Todd and Lori!

Very organized and welcoming, with hot tub towels set out and an easy to read, simple booklet for instructions on various electronics.

We had a great multi-generational getaway. When the weather was nice, we found a perfect hike for our group (ages 5-75). The house also had everything we needed to enjoy a rainy day in—hot tub, ping pong, board games. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Had a wonderful time. Clean spacious house, loved the hot tub and large kitchen. Pool table was a bonus. The peak through of the lake was beautiful. Would stay here again.

A spacious and comfortable place to stay for 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked. Living spaces very comfy. Soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking and shopping was a perfect way to relax!Hosts were responsive and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The pool table and ping-pong, table or key, as are the many games provided, and of course, the hot tub. The house is modern, clean, and well stocked in the kitchen and bedrooms. We had a little difficulty keeping the hot tub at the right temperature, but that may have been user error. We also noted that when the heaters switch on and off in the night, it is a bit loud and we often woke. These items aside, I would highly recommend this rental and my kids already want to come back!

Everything was well appointed. We used the hot tub twice. It was very nice relaxation after a long day out. the pool table was a plus. We would recommend your place highly. One criticism was only 1 towel per person for a 4 day stay. We didn’t think we should have to wash our towels everyday. We didn’t use the hot tub towels inside. We weren’t able to take the garbage out because we left at 5:45 am and couldn’t find the receptacles in the dark. So sorry.

We've stayed in Todd & Lori's homes for two years in a row and they are great hosts! We'd recommend their homes to anyone staying on Orcas Island.

This property has quality furnishings that are maintained perfectly. It is so clean. We had grandparents on the main floor and a family of 4 on the bottom level. We had fun while using the ping pong table, pool table, pickleball, games and hot tub. It was easy to get to main street, hiking, the alpaca farm, Buck park for pickle ball, miniature golf, paddle boating and swimming in Cascade Lake. My cons: It is a modern home with no curtains except the bedrooms. The main level bedroom doesn't have a total curtain. There is at least 2 feet not covered on top so light comes through before 6 am. My preference is a full curtain. The beds are very comfortable. My suggestion would be to have a king sized cotton blanket in each room. The comforter on the main level was way too hot. We stayed in August but it was uncomfortable and the sheet alone wasn't enough. A bath towel and swim towel are provided for each guest. My adult daughter wanted an additional towel for her hair. An extra towel or two would be nice. We played games at the coffee table because the other table was too large. It would be nice to have one or two footstools or poufs for the kids to sit on. I gave this property 5 stars because it is really exceptional.
