Stayed Dec 19, 2025The home is clean and welcoming. The host even had some household products that made our stay easier like sponges, dish soap, trash bags, and sunblock. Location was great. It was a short ten minute walk to the beach and if your are lucky you can see burrowing owls along the way. The pool was great. My kiddos loved playing in it. We really enjoyed Marco Island and specifically starting at this home.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025Very clean home. Nicely decorated with a very well stocked kitchen- more dishes, glasses, and silverware than any VRBO we have stayed in. Warm and clean pool. Larry’s communication was excellent. Excellent location, walking distance to beach and great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024This house was just right for my family's first vacation in Marco Island. The location was great, close to beach and shops and restaurants. Kitchen and grill were great for cooking at home too! Pool was a wonderful amenity we utilized daily also.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024My family of 5 had a great time on Marco Island. Larry was very responsive to any questions I had. The property was exactly as described plus the location was on a very quiet street just a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely rent here again!

Stayed Nov 9, 2024We had a wonderful stay at the house over a long weekend. The house was well stocked, really clean, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool and eating our meals at the table by the pool. Check in was super easy and the host was very communicative. We came to celebrate my aunt’s 70th birthday and she loves champagne- there were enough champagne flutes at the house for all of us, which was the icing on the cake!
