Stayed Oct 16, 2025Very happy with our stay at Newbern Cottage, though cottage is not the right word for the size of this house. It's quite large and it fit our family of 7 easily, with room to spare. We attended a wedding at the Jekyll Resort Club and chose a separate rental due to the number of people we had to accommodate. We had 2 small children with us, so the house worked out perfectly since there's plenty of room to move and lots of outdoor space. It's also a quick walk to the beach, which you can see a little of from the front windows. Lots of room to park and it's at the end of a short road, so quiet but easy to access. And only a bit more than 1 mile to the resort. Hopefully we can return and see more of Jekyll on our next visit.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious home and near the beach which was good for kids. Stayed Mar 19, 2025The house was perfect for our golf tournament and team! Plenty of space and super convenient to the golf courses. Beach was right across the street and all of the shops and restaurants were less than a mile away! Nice back yard with a fire pit and grill. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to use it. We will definitely book it again for our tournament next year if available
