New WATERFRONT home in Portsmouth!

Incredible location- right on the water! Home was well stocked with everything we needed.

This property is decorated beautifully, with nice appliances, beds were super comfy and the house was extremely cleaned and well maintained. The sunrise view was amazing. Unexpected snow hit, and the owner was right there to shovel and salt. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanted a get away to RI.

My family stayed here for a vacation over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the water and the warmth of the fireplace. The house was a perfect location for us to take trips to surrounding areas like Newport, Providence and Cape Cod. We would happily return for another stay!

Such an adorable and very well-appointed coastal cottage in the most idyllic and peaceful setting with direct water views! Noelle is a terrific hostess!

This waterfront home was FABULOUS! Very clean and beautifully decorated.There were lots of special touches - the owner thought of everything! It was super comfortable and spacious, and just perfect for my friends' reunion. It was even nicer than the photos. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Change Cottage! It was beautifully decorated and had so many wonderful touches to make our stay comfortable. The property is located in a peaceful residential area with direct access to the water. We enjoyed being close to Newport & Bristol, but being able to come back and relax in such a peaceful location. We chose to spend the majority of our time at the cottage; relaxing on the deck, playing games (many favorites were in the game cupboard), and swimming. The views from the deck and inside the house were fantastic! Noelle was very responsive to any messages and included a binder full of recommendations for anything we could need. We would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely place! It was very well appointed. Our host was very responsive to any questions we may have had. Beautiful location right on the water. Breathtaking sunrises if you are an early bird. We had a delightful breeze sweeping throughout the house most days and only used the AC a couple of days, but it’s so nice to have that option. Restaurants are within walking distance if you don’t mind a short walk and they were reasonably priced as well. There is a grill outside and plenty of cookware inside if you decide to cook. We loved the house we often just wanted to stay in and enjoy it. Our visiting friends agreed that ordering in was preferable to going out on a few days. My elderly parents visited and were in heaven. There’s a smart tv, so make sure you know your login details for streaming services. We also had a great time with one of the puzzles. I am not someone who usually is into that sort of thing, but my husband took one out and everyone got involved! It turned out to be a great activity that allowed us to interact and just enjoy each other’s company. Really nice.

Our stay was great! Noelle is a wonderful host. She was extremely responsive both in advance of our stay, and during it (although we really didn’t need anything during our stay). The house did not disappoint! It’s just as depicted. The outdoor space is great for hanging out. And the location is convenient to Newport, Bristol, Tiverton and beyond.

This beautiful home was just what we wanted - peaceful and relaxing. And still close enough to Newport, Providence & beaches for fun days and lovely restaurants. We even prepared a meal on the grill when we were too tired to go out. My kids had fun with the kayaks as well - my daughter enjoyed one final paddle on the morning of our last day!

We had the most perfect family vacation at Noelle’s! Her home is beautifully renovated and so comfortable and welcoming. The views, the layout, all of her personal touches and timely communication - I’m not sure what more you could ask for. We will definitely be back!

I have been staying at VRBO homes for seven years now. With that said I can honestly say this was to loveliest, cleanest, comfortable home I have entered. It was nicer than the pictures. The owners who revamped this adorable cottage have perfect taste in everything from the furniture, to the linens, to the hangers in the closet. And the views, incredible. The owners, so lovely to deal with. It was an easy, breezy kind of stay. A couple of chilly mornings and just fired up that sweet fireplace and the whole house got cozy warm in minutes. The lighting, the dishes and even the beer glasses in the freezer, everything done with impeccable taste.I will definitely return.

Wonderful properly, wonderful view!

We do a girls trip to a different place every year. The house was very clean, very cute with a great view with an outside deck. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. The host was easy to contact and replied right away. We would definitely put this on our list of places to stay again. It’s a 25 minute ride to downtown Newport.

Perfect house for a relaxing getaway with friends. Our favorite time of day was sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning. We even canceled our lunch reservations to have more time at the house! I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a spot on the water in close proximity to Newport.

Cottage was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and fully equipped. We very much enjoyed sunrise on deck and listening to waves at night. Noelle was great to deal with and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. We would definitely return!

We were in town for a basketball tournament and I decided to treat my family to a house for the weekend rather than a hotel room. What a nice surprise. The home was better than the pictures do justice and was well laid out and CLEAN. The owner was in constant communication and from start to finish the whole weekend was a joy. Thanks !!!

This property is amazing! Very clean, well decorated, cozy and new. We were amazed at the attention to details. Everything was well thought out, down to chip clips in the kitchen drawer. We have stayed at many VRBO's, this one was the best. The pots, pans, plates silverware and everything else in the kitchen was of good quality and everything was included. We really felt like we were home, not in a rental. Well done!

Quiet neighborhood, pleasant waterfront ambiance, beautiful sunrise. The home is exactly as pictured, even more beautiful in person very clean and comfortable. We were a family of 5 adults with plenty of space. There is a nice area to walk in the neighborhood/by the water. Took the kayaks out in the morning which was very nice!! Close to Newport. Noelle is a very attentive and thoughtful host. You can tell she really wants her guests to enjoy themselves and have a nice getaway. Would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing getaway!

Gorgeous house! It is just like the photos, if not better. Newly renovated, SOOO clean, and such a great location right on the water. The property manager was great to communicate with and answered messages super fast. Location is SO close to great restaurants, beaches, and everything we wanted to do. Family friendly home. The outside deck is new and so nice to relax on. There is also patio furniture down on the water and I believe there was kayaks in the shed but we never ended up using them. The property manager thought of everything. The house is STOCKED with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again if we do another trip to RI.

We stayed at this lovely home in Portsmouth RI for our family summer vacation. The home was newly renovated and it was beautiful. The inside was wonderfully decorated, the beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We took advantage of the outdoor seating by the water and the 2 kayaks that came with the rental. Noelle the owner promptly responded to any question or concern we had prior to our vacation stay and even texted to check in with us after our arrival, to make sure our stay was going well. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Portsmouth area. Easy drive to local vineyards, Newport and the area beaches.
