Stayed Jan 16, 2026This was the perfect home for three small families! We loved that every bedroom had access to a bathroom, and the main floor was perfect for holding the whole group together for meals and fun. The view from the roof top deck is gorgeous and the vicinity to coffee shops and grocery stores is fantastic. We also walked to downtown twice because parking there is a pain but on a sunny weekend like this past one it was a great way to get some exercise and save money! The whole place is bright and spacious and well stocked. We would recommend this to anyone large family or group of friends who want to experience Seattle together.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025Nice townhouse; well maintained; well-stocked with essentials and extras. We picked it primarily for the 4 bedrooms/4bathrooms for a 3 generations holiday: and we require real air conditioning which is not always clear in VRBO listings. This home has splits in each bedroom and in the main living area. Super cool, so to speak! There is a lovely roof top deck with stunning views. The hosts responded immediately and professionally to a minor maintenance request. The neighborhood is quiet and stable, a plus for us.

Stayed May 29, 2025We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is conveniently located and close to everything. The property was clean and well maintained. I wish there was a litttle more storage space for clothes etc. but overall my family and I were very comfortable.

Stayed Apr 23, 2025This property is very close to Seattle University. Restaurants, parks, and shops are within walking distance. It's very clean, fresh linen was available, and very spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, nine adults fit very comfortably here. Would recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023We were thrilled with this home. It comes with a parking space and was very clean. The kitchen has everything you might need and the appliances were updated. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was perfect to have 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. The roof top was an extra bonus as we enjoyed many sunsets there. I highly recommend staying here!
