Peaceful Shores Retreat is a (Christian & Disabled Veteran Owned) newly built (2023) single family home. Luxurious & spacious 1909 sq ft (one level) that’s furnished with you in mind. Age requirement is 25 and older but we will consider younger ages. We're just 1 mile from the beach and 3 miles from Pier Park.

Our spacious open floor plan is great for entertaining featuring an 8 seat circular dining table, 9-foot breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, roomy sofa sectional, and 70 inch high-definition flat screen TV. The overstocked kitchen has “EVERYTHING” you could possibly need to prepare those gourmet meals or just throw a pizza in the oven. 5 burner stovetop and oven, a microwave, a combination Keurig/drip coffee maker.

Each bedroom has a wall-mounted HD flat screen TV. Blackout curtains and high-quality beds will provide you with a perfect night’s rest allowing you to sleep to your heart's desire.

Relax in our screened in patio or fenced in backyard with gas grill and outdoor shower. If you need to work on you tan, stretch out on the Zero gravity lounge chairs on the tanning deck. Property backs up to a conservation park so you can enjoy the peaceful outdoors and scenic views. Games include Simon, Jenga, cornhole toss, & several puzzles.

For those needing to work a couple of hours, there’s a computer desk with ergonomic office chair. The high-speed internet can handle all your online needs. Linen, bath towels, beach towels, & comforters are provided. There’s a spacious laundry room with new washing machine & dryer (not pictured) and laundry detergent.

The spacious driveway and garage enough for 6 vehicles. Keyless entry makes check-in/check-out a breeze.

Located on the quieter side of PCB only .8 mile from the emerald beaches & just 3.8 miles west of Pier Park. No crowds or heavy traffic to fight. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach canopy tent, 60 quarts/15-gallon ice cooler on wheels, and a collapsible beach wagon to make your trips to the beach much easier.

If you enjoy cycling, jump on Gayle’s Trails Network that connects to nearly 30 miles of trails within PCB Conservation Park. Panama City Beach is a golf cart friendly community so getting around to the beach, shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions, and much more is very easy.

We are looking forward to hosting you at Peaceful Shores Retreat in Panama City Beach. We hope that you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets and wonderful sunrises just off our backyard. You can visit the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald shores and still enjoy the tranquility that nature brings us on a daily basis.

You'll find a wide variety of restaurants in PCB to include Mexican, Thai, Indian, Chinese, French, Greek, and Japanese just to name a few. There's no shortage of cafes and coffee shops, bars and breweries, pizzerias, buffets, etc.

A $500 refundable security deposit will required when you book. This is to cover any damages or extra cleaning cost not covered by VRBO. Your deposit will be refunded within 14 days after check out.
