The property listing listed pet friendly and pets allowed in multiple places on the listing. After I booked and received the email with the rules, it said no pets. At that time I contacted host and provided screenshots of the conflicting information. The host would not allow me to cancel the booking and was going to charge me an extra $500 for my pet. I did not travel to this property after all of the issues and tried to cancel in advance but host would not allow. I believe the host purposely misleads guests into booking with a pet and being fined. I currently have a case open with VRBO.

This property was great. It was spacious and the hosts had a great assortment of beach items to improve our stay which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Very Good

The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. We were able to cook and grill together and enjoy evenings on the patio. It was a short walk to the beach. They provided so many things we needed for an enjoyable visit. I would highly recommend this home.

Let me first start of by saying that this property was everything anyone would need while vacationing. The beds are extremely comfortable in all of the bedrooms including the bunkbeds. I love that the property owner added all of the extra special touches. It's nestled in a nice quiet community. The parking is great for families arriving in multiple cars. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. The backyard is nice and offers comfortable seating outside on the patio. This is a property that my family and I all agreed on as being an excellent choice for our Thanksgiving holiday vacation. I had to contact the owners for a small issue and they responded within minutes and rectified the problem expeditiously. Everything was exceptionally!

The house was nice and clean, the free amenities where great.(drinks, sunscreen, beach chairs, etc) gerat modern feel to the house and located in a really nice area.

This home is amazing and the location is perfect! It's half way between Destin and Sandestin, so shopping, Baytown, restaurants, and arcades were all less than 10 minutes away. The beach was in walking distance and so was Pompano Joe's. The hosts thought of everything and gifted us with toiletries (including sunscreen), water, sodas, etc. The beds have good mattresses. We slept so well! The only thing I would change is switching out the bunk beds for two full or twin beds. The top bunk was close to the light fixture, so I opted not to have my child sleep there. Everything else was perfect! We will definitely stay here again.
