New Upgrades! Hillsboro Village, Walkable, Private Rooftop, Family Friendly!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. We loved staying here. Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you for a great stay!

This unit was perfect for our group of 8. We loved the location - quick Uber to Broadway and a quick walk to Vanderbilt University. Mike and Kara were excellent hosts. They were so helpful from check in to check out. Would highly recommend this unit

Property felt very safe and in a very safe area. Owners were incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to answer anyway questions! Loved it and would stay again.

This property was perfect for a long weekend stay to visit Belmont University. In close proximity to both Belmont and Vandy, and an easy 2 mile drive to Broadway. Home was extremely clean and well maintained by hosts Mike & Kara. They were both proactive and friendly in reaching out to ensure that everything went well with our stay, and we had no issues that needed resolution. Plenty of privacy with four nice size bedrooms and 3 baths as welll as plenty of room to congregate both inside and out. Would definitely recommend!

We did a last minute booking and hit the gold mine. This house was perfect for our large group. Conveniently located within walking distance to Hillsboro Village area with endless food and entertainment options. Quick uber ride to downtown Broadway. The house was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of parking for our whole group. The hosts were so easy to work with and they replied quickly to all our inquiries. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Renter had excellent customer service and answered questions in a timely manner. Property was too small for 10 people to stay there. There were on 4 of us and it was just enough room. Downstairs bed was extremely uncomfortable and that so we head was broken and fell in my husband’s foot causing severe damage. Not worth the money.

No where in the description on VRBO does it state that the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom are down stairs and not accessible from inside the house. This made that bedroom and bathroom unusable for us, as all of our children are younger, and we couldn't have put them down there by themselves. There was wood stacked directly next to the outdoor sink, which was a tripping hazard. The lights were laying across the ground in the backyard, again, a tripping Hazzard. One of the chairs on the patio is broken, and one of the kids fell forward out of it trying to get up. There was sand on the floors, and in the beds upon arrival. Made for an unpleasant sleeping and walking environment. Another thing not mentioned is there really is not alot of closet/drawer space for clothes. Overall, we were not very pleased, and had the description been more accurate, we most likely would not have booked here. And reached out to them before posting, but they didnt have anything to say really......

Great house for our first time!!! The management group communicated very well and handled issues quickly. We had a slow drain which they took care of the next day and two of deck chairs were broken and they replaced with 4 new ones the next day. It was well stocked with kitchen items. All we had to do was buy the food everything else was there. The fenced in yard and outside bar area with a TV was a favorite for the kids. The privacy was a major plus!!! The TV’s in every room helped keep everyone entertained in down time. The outside shower was very handy for cleaning off after the 3 block walk back from the beach. We will go through this group again next year.

My friends and I absolutely loved this house! The back yard and downstairs patio/outdoor shower area was our favorite part. Would definitely rent this one again!
