The home is lovely. I would suggest one change in the description. Please specify that the coffee machine is a keurig. It was frustrating that we had to make sure there were no more than 12 people in the home at a time. We were there with extended family and had 3 homes in the neighborhood. However, I do understand why that guideline was in place.

We had a great time staying at this property. The home was as described and clean. One thing we were disappointed in was the lack of beach towels (and towels in general). This being a lake house with pool access, we expected there to be beach/pool towels available for our use. We flew from Alaska so bringing our own wouldn’t have been an option. Also there didn’t seem to be enough bath towels for everyone we had staying in the house. We made it work by washing the ones that were available in laundry. Pillows in master were great but in the other bedrooms they were very cheap and uncomfortable. Would recommend upgrading those. We were also surprised that there wasn’t a large pot to boil pasta. All the ones available were small to medium. The grill needs to be deep cleaned, we considered using it until we opened it and saw how dirty it was. Lastly, and again this is a little knit picky, but we were disappointed that we couldn’t hang our clothes in the master bedroom. The closet in there is a locked as the owners closet, which would not have been a problem if there had been somewhere else to hang or even store clothing. With no dresser and no closet in that room, we had to leave everything in our suitcases during our stay. Overall we had most everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

House was perfect for our lake weekend with friends and family! It had everything we needed and room for everyone. We love Tims Ford so will be back again soon!

We had a family of 12 stay at this great property. It was our 2nd time. We had 6 kids under 6 who loved the pools and the upstairs area. The parents loved the outdoor room for late night cards after the kids went to bed. We did the Jack Daniels and Dickel tours, took boat rides, ate at the marina and swam in the pools. A great time was had by all. Mimi got to the house first and moved any breakables to higher ground. Had no issues with the toddlers.

Beautiful home with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed many of the Twin Creeks amenities and highly recommend this home. The owners were very responsive to communications and local recommendations for shopping and restaurants were fabulous! We will definitely book again!

We were beyond pleased with this property. We were thrilled that it lived up to the pictures but felt even bigger in person. The communication was clear and helpful; the dining reservations ended up being wonderful. The community is lovely and the houses are in a gated area perfect for walks to the water. The neighborhood was peaceful and very quiet. The house itself was wonderfully stocked and exquisitely designed. We would absolutely recommend this property and stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family. The lake is only about 3-4 blocks away and the pool is a 1 min walk. Awesome screened in back porch area where we hung out every night. The marina restaurant was surprisingly good. My wife and I loved the house and the community, and my kids had nothing to complain about which is rare. Would definitely use this house again.

The house was amazing and the location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the pool and the marina where we had a boat slip. The house had everything we needed and was super clean. Beautiful neighborhood and the people are very friendly.

Rules and reminders to make things easy for the maid service. We did it, but after paying $4000 + for this stay and the concern is for the maid service? Also, I was given the impression that the pool was really close to the home. The nearest pool was at least a 5 minute walk and was closed for repairs the entire week. None of the 3 pools was operational on Sunday or Monday. The pool on the other side of the highway finally opened Tuesday afternoon. The home was roomy and comfortable - a nice (albeit somewhat expensive), but not really close to anything- must drive to any other amenity. The patio area of this home (covered and well appointed) was exceptional and the place we frequented most when at home.

There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The kitchen was great and well equipped. We enjoyed the screen porch with fireplace, even though is was a bit cold outside. All in all, a wonderful stay.
