The modern residential street offers a peaceful serenity while also being very close to downtown . This beautifully furnished property has stunning details and is ready for you!

The space
This newly constructed townhouse is in the First Hill neighborhood, near Downtown Seattle and tons of great places to eat. It's 5 minutes to Capitol Hill, Seattle University, and Chinatown, and a little farther to Pike Place Market. The home is 3 levels, with the kitchen and dinning being on the main floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms being on the second and third floors. The roof top patio is on the 4th floor of the home.
