New Townhome w/parking walkable to coffee/bars/food

Great location, close to downtown, airport and the grand ol opry. Accommodated our family of 5, not using the sofa in the main living area. The bedroom on the bottom floor is a trundle, daybed and the room is small. Lots of stairs! The Kitchen has everything you need to enjoy dinners in. The walls do need touched up with paint. This home really does not have an outdoor area to enjoy.. but we were on the go most of the time. We loved the fact that it had a garage for parking.

This was one of the best Vrbos we’ve stayed in. Very clean, lots of room, great location, accurate description and pictures. We really enjoyed having two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Just be aware there are lots of steps. You have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the two master bedrooms. Wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. The smaller bedroom is on the first level. The kitchen, living room and half bath were on the second level.

Property was new and clean. Situated perfectly between Ellington Pkwy and Gallatin Pike for easy access into downtown Nashville.

Great place for the 4 of us for a birthday weekend , close to everything with short Uber ride . Will definitely stay again .

We met in Nashville to cheer on the Vikings at Nissan Stadium. The property was comfortable, spacious and a perfect place to gather. We were close enough to the stadium and Broadway for a quick Uber ride. Overall, a great visit and we'd recommend others stay here as well.

Great property with all amenities for a trip to Nashville. Very well decorated and extremely comfortable. Super location with all attractions within a 20 minute radius. Allison our host is a great communicator assisting with recommendations and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommended

We had an amazing time! My friends and I had so much fun running around Nashville. We felt very safe and comfortable in this space. Would definitely recommend!!

The property looks just like the pictures online. It is clean and still smells new. There were a lot of extras that you don’t normally get in a vacation rental. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Several reviews complained about the stairs. It is a 3 story building and most buildings in this area are 3 stories with stairs. I thought it was good exercise. My only suggestion would be recliners or foot stools so you can put your feet up after a long day of walking in Nashville. We needed a layover spot in Nashville for 7 people. This place was fabulous. Plenty of space, well appointed, and all the hotspots were easily accessible from this location. Would definitely stay again!
