New to the Rental Market 4 bed 3.5 bath Just Steps to the Beach

It’s a comfortable walk to the beach and we cooked on the outside grill several times. A request for a refill of the propane tank was taken care of the next morning. There’s room for one car in the driveway. Any additional cars require street parking. The garage has an additional refrigerator and some beach chairs.

Reviewer Comments: Our now grown daughters wanted to return to Wildwood Crest this year and we needed to find a place to accommodate our growing family ... now with three son-in laws and two new granddaughters. This property was the perfect place and location. Great floor plan and room for everyone, storage for our bikes and beach gear, private backyard, and a deck for coffee or cocktails. Would highly recommend.

This is an utterly beautiful home in a fantastic location - just a block and a half from the beach. The home looks brand new, and has a terrific layout, with the main living spaces on the second floor to take advantage of the ocean view. The main living space is open and bright, with windows everywhere and vaulted ceilings, making the space seem even bigger. The kitchen is well-appointed with high end appliances, and plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking vessels. Bring your own spices/oils/etc. The bedrooms were spacious and everything looked brand-new. We are looking forward to returning.

We absolutely love this house. The location to the beach was perfect. The house was impeccable.The only concern were ants in the kitchen, which we understand is problematic and typical this time of year in Wildwood Crest. After contacting the agent, they quickly sent an exterminator and resolved the issue.

Visited with my family from Wednesday to Saturday for a USCG bootcamp ceremony. Plenty of rooms, bathroom and enough seating for a large group. Linens were provided, but you’ll need to put the sheets on yourself. Beds were comfy, great A/C, fans in room, water pressure was good, and beach very close by. We had two cars, and parking was good. Toilet paper was possibly the only thing that was the worst, haha but I would recommend others to rent here!

The house was spacious and modern with plenty of living space. It was a block and a half from the beach, an easy walk with all of our stuff. The garage was stocked with chairs and some toys. Owner was very helpful and check in was a breeze. We'd go back!

Upon arrival we found the 1 story ranch next to us was built up to a full two story house blocking 80% of our view. We understand growth, but the jobsite was sloppy. Workers were there even on weekend days, cutting wood flooring outdoors. At the end of the day they used a leaf blower to blow away debris, which landed on our cars and our general location. We had chips of construction debris on our vehicles. There was garbage everywhere and a trailer parked in the street for the whole week. We couldn't park.

With 4 large, well-furnished bedrooms, and a great open living-kitchen-dining room upstairs, everyone was very comfortable the entire weekend. In addition, the location was amazing, just 1 short block off the beach in Wildwood Crest. Look forward to staying again.
