space available for smokers;



. **No parties are allowed**. This home welcomes responsible groups, families’

reunions and companies, not party crowds;



. The deepest side of the swimming pool is 11 feet. **The house does not

provide a lifeguard** , and your group is responsible for their own safety at

all times;



. We do not offer daily cleaning, unless arranged in advance with the owner

(paid separately);



. Décor and furniture may vary slightly from photos due to updates and

upgrades;



. **Quiet hours must be respected** to maintain good relations with neighbors;



. Inflatable beds are provided as a courtesy and may vary in firmness;



. **Pets must be approved before booking** and will incur an additional fee.

No cats (for their own safety, we love cats!) or pit bulls, sorry;



. Extreme weather may affect heating or cooling performance;



. While we address issues as fast as possible, response times may vary

depending on the nature of the problem;



. Internet speed is reliable but not guaranteed for heavy streaming or remote

work;



. Guests are responsible for basic tidying before checkout (no need to make

the beds);



. Please leave the dishes at the dishwasher;
