Stayed Nov 24, 2025Wonderful house for a family, perfect central location to the beach or downtown or the towncenter. Kids loved all the open space, would definitely stay here again! We ended up staying in another house in the same neighborhood but from the pictures they look the same. Across the street from the hospital so very ideal if someone was travelling into Jacksonville for treatment.Only recommendation would be to bring a sleep mask and ear plugs as the house does back onto a busy road which you can hear at night.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025I don't think you can get much closer to the Mayo Clinic unless you stay at the onsite hotel. The primary bed was comfortable and there's plenty of towels. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The location is great and real close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

Stayed Apr 15, 2024Needed a weeklong rental for testing, surgery and a few days of recovery, as i live out of town. My daughter stayed with me. This home gave us each living space, and a full kitchen. It was Ideal for this; a quick 10 minute walk to the hospital! Very quiet, small neighborhood, although there was road noise during commutes. Master kingsize bed was softer, my preference. One queen bed was very hard. There was no cable TV other than Roku channels, just personal streaming.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024This is a beautiful house with enough room for everyone. We are three adults and never felt like we were on top of each other. Perfect location if you have business with the Mayo Clinic. Hosts were easy to contact and always responded quickly.
