Key Colony Beach waterfront, 3/2 ocean-side home located on 10th Street with direct access to ocean and bay via Vaca Cut Concrete 37.5-foot dock, equipped to accommodate up to 30ft boats with dockside electric, water, dock guards, cleats, fish cleaning station, Ice machine, and extra large bait freezer.
Large (1600 square feet), ground level, one-half duplex with one-car garage. Desirable East facing location. Nicely furnished with custom artwork by Ellen Jones. Newly remodeled kitchenwith high-end stainless appliances and quartz counter-tops. New for 2025 is a second full size refrigerator. Everyone loves how well equipped we keep the kitchen. An added bonus is our CABANA CLUB private membership which includes use of oceanfront heated pool/spa, sandy beach, and snack/tiki bar. The club is a 15 minute walk or a quick drive. Needs nothing, just bring your luggage.
Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, golf, basketball court, and children's playground all within walking distance in Key Colony. Walk to the gorgeous Sunset Park in Key Colony for memorable sunsets or enjoy a sunset cruise on your boat. You'll love this home because its also our second home so you can be assured its always clean and well-cared for.
A 5 minute drive to San Pablo Catholic Church or Curry Hammock State Park. Drive 15 minutes to the restore Old Seven Mile Bridge where you can enjoy the sunset or take a two mile stroll to the end of the bridge to Pigeon Key. Along the way enjoy seeing the varieties of marine life in the water...tarpon, mangrove snapper, sea turtles, barracuda, and nurse sharks.
AREA: Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports are just two hours away. One hour to Key West Airport, sunsets, and Duval Street all from this prime location in the beautiful Florida Keys.

    The house is great. It is spacious, clean, fully updated with a wonderful view. Ken is very communicative and helpful. The Cabana club membership is a definite perk. We had a great time and would highly recommend. We will definitely come back.

    I have no hesitation recommending this holiday home. Over the years we have rented a number of holiday homes, this home by far outstrips all in terms of, location, facilities, decor and most of all host hospitality. Gran yourself an excellent opportunity.

    Another year staying at our favorite location on Marathon! Everything is top notch, from the check in, to the fully stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, and now an outside ice maker. The location is perfect for cleaning fish and lobster in the shade. Can't wait for next year!

    We enjoyed staying at this property. It has everything necessary and was very convenient for our family. Cabana club has a great pool and a nice beach. Sunset park is walking distance and has spectacular sunsets. The owner was very helpful, kind and responsive.

    We had a great stay this year for mini season. The property was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to dock our 23T Bluewater with no issue and the sea wall was in perfect condition. The owners were quick to respond to my questions and very kind. We can’t wait to stay again next year.

    We have stayed at this property several times. It is always super clean. House is located on a canal with a nice dock and is great for docking your boat right at the back door. Owners are super nice and great to work with. Will definitely be back.
