New style 5 bed 4 bath with wet Bar

The main freezer and refrigerator in the kitchen did not work at all and was totally useless. Food could not be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. We contacted the owner and he told us to simply keep the door to the freezer opened and everything would reset. When we explained that would not work, he said that we could have all of our money back and simply leave. When I described how that would ruin our vacation, his response was that “he did not care”.

The location was great! It was close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The communication with the Property Manager and Owner were also very good. Plenty of rooms and space for our family. We really enjoyed the outdoor decks.

I cannot imagine a better location than one on Landis Avenue - it’s a quick walk to the bars (ie OD, Shenanigans), food (ie Mrs. Brizzles & La Fortuna), and the grocery store. It’s the place to be. The landlord and property manager were true gentlemen. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Two families stayed here for the week - great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very helpful and detailed communication from the property manager - also responsive with a question or two while we were staying there. Easy and early check-in, house was clean and ready to go! Highly recommend.

This clean and up to date townhouse was an easy walk to the beach and plenty of sea isle restaurants and shops! Mark, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. We loved using the two porches - one fully in the shade all day and the other a fun outdoor dining space. Thanks for a great week!

Overall it was great. The location was just perfect and there were a lot of extras available to us! Beach chairs, bikes etc. The house was beautiful! Lots of room for everyone. Sadly, what little ocean view there once was is now blocked by new construction. A few issues... we could not locate either an iron or a toaster- both of which we were looking to use. We were a little mis informed about linens. We knew we had to bring sheets... but we were told there would be some towels. Unfortunately there were none, not even dish towels or hand towels for the bathrooms. We made do by buying a bunch of paper towels. We would rent here again!

This home is as advertised, large, clean and it was great to be able to use their bikes and beach chairs. Mark ( the property manager) was very accommodating and just a really nice person. I hope to be back next summer.

Manager was great to talk to, very informative. How was beautiful and everything we wanted. Would rebook this house again.

The house was well maintained and perfectly located in regards to the beach, restaurants and stores. Our hosts graciously shared the use of their bikes and beach equipment. With 10 of us in the house there was plenty of room for us to roam about as well as having enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning off after a day at the beach. It was easy to work in the kitchen and prepare a few meals for our whole gang! Having a washer and dryer was a great convenience as well. The property manager was extremely helpful with his timely correspondence. Our stay was the perfect way to wrap up our 2018 summer season in Sea Isle!
