We had an amazing trip. We loved the home, very spacious for us. Pleasant check-in! Very Clean. The neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here. Definitely booking again.

My best friend and I traveled to Jackson for a funeral. I have visited the Jackson/Ridgeland area often, but had never been to this area of the city before which was my biggest mistake. As we approached the home, we immediately felt uncomfortable and didn't like what and who we saw; dated townhomes, people standing outside watching us locate the property and pothole filled streets. Once we parked, the exterior of townhome we rented looked nice, so we were hopeful. However upon entering, all we could smell was cleanser and dampness. The townhome is dated, but dressed up nicely. Unfortunately despite the pleasant appearance, the stench of mold and possible animal hair or dander was overwhelming and immediately affected my friend's sinuses. We attempted to contact the owner but realized that we had no cell service inside nor in the driveway. We had to pull out of the cove to get service where we sent a message to the owner and called VRBO who also attempted to contact her, but the owner was unresponsive to both. We waited hours and eventually had no other option than to find and pay for another rental due to her lack of response. If she would have communicated in a timely manner, we would have been willing to try one of her other units, but time was not on our side. The owner finally responded after 10 pm just to deny my request for even a partial refund. Needless to say, I will avoid all properties owned by Ms. Hardy in the future.

The property is cute and exactly as the pictures show it. It sits on a culdesac in a quiet neighborhood. The property is part of a duplex, so you may have to remind your husband that he can't yell at the TV while watching basketball lol. The WIFI was reliable, and the mattresses were very comfortable. My mom and I both struggle with back pain but didn't have to deal with that during our stay. We're staying here on our next visit just for the mattresses. Things to know: There is parking for two cars. My daughter drives a small car, so we were able to squeeze in three when she drove over from campus. There is one towel per person, so if you need more than that, bring some. There are plenty of dishes, but if you are cooking, check the pictures of bakeware and cookware. You might want to bring a larger pot, 9x13, etc.
