New! Rustic & cozy cabin w/pool table, deck, garage, dog friendly!

Excellent property. The host provided absolutely everything that we could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Communication with the host was most delightful. Highly recommend this property.

Our stay in Knotty and Nice Cabin was superb! It looks exactly how it is in the photos, very cozy and has a welcoming vibe. Most notable for me is that it is extremely clean (I checked the baseboards... not dusty!!!). Also Gloria was very prompt in responding to my silly questions. We'll definitely come back!

This is a lovely home and the owners have honestly thought of everything to make the most comfortable and enjoyable experience! The beds are incredible, to the point that my wife was trying to figure out who made the mattresses as well as the sheets! The location was also excellent and made it easy to get to everything from hiking to eating to shopping! We would absolutely stay here again if it's available! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

I can't say enough how nice this property is - every little detail accounted for. Within 5 minutes of arriving my wife and I agreed, this was definitely the place for us! Our kids settled in quickly, everything was in order. Intuitive layout, lights, controls, easy to find anything I was looking for. Instantly a home away from home. Very clean, zero clutter, zero odors. Dog friendly, family friendly and cozy/quiet. Great location, just minutes from Jensen's on our favorite side of the lake. Parking is right at the front door which makes loading and unloading a breeze. There is additional parking in the driveway which runs down to a sub-level garage. We do a lot of cooking with the family and this kitchen is a great size and well stocked. They really do think of everything. Communications with the property owners before, during and after our stay was exemplary. Will definitely see if this property is available next time we stay in Lake Arrowhead. We would go back in a heartbeat.As the title says, a wonderful property and experience!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Knotty & Nice cabin. Gloria was a wonderful host and the cabin was so well stocked! The amenities were lovely as well. We had no trouble at all cozying up and enjoying the cabin for the entirety of our stay. It’s apparent that the host cares about her guests and wants them to have a great stay. The cabin is also in a good location with easy access to restaurants and the village.

Our family of 3 with our 2 dogs had a great time at this well-appointed cabin. We enjoyed the Arrowhead outdoors and access to the lake. Went to Lake Gregory, a 15 min. drive from the cabin, for some water sports and fun. The highlight of the trip was catching fair glimpses of fireworks over the lake on July 5th. Even our pups hung out in the balcony! One thing to note is it does get up in the 90s in peak summer and the cabin, although not equipped with central or split ACs, has tower fans to help with cooling. We were mostly ok with this and kept wondering how magical this place would be in winter. Thanks for having us stay!

The house has a great layout which includes a pool table and fire pit. We enjoyed hiking around the lake, sitting by the fire and playing lots of pool.

Perhaps the best cabin as far as amenities and accommodations that we have stayed at. Literally had everything you needed from to go cups to every bowl and appliances you would need. Very comfortable beds and couch. Clean and convenient. Just grab some clothes and and a toothbrush, the rest is there. You can shop at Jensen's market for food and BBQ or eat out. Everything else is provided. Will visit again soon.

A very nice clean and cozy place for vacation highly recommend this place

My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and we could not have been happier. This cozy cabin has all the amenities of a 5* hotel. High quality bedding, pillows, towels (even prime toilet paper). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. We loved the coffee bar-Nespresso, Keurig, and French Press, and assorted teas as well. Our pup really appreciated the dog bowls, treats and blankets too! We all enjoyed the festive holiday decorations, such a nice and unexpected touch. The cabin is conveniently located with the lake, restaurants and shopping within minutes. We took a day trip over to Big Bear for some hiking as well. Thanks Gloria and family for sharing your beautiful cabin and being such welcoming hosts!
